The assistant explained everything to me beforehand and went over my after care instructions. Dr. Funk was super nice and really fast. His drill was even quiet and I could listen to my podcast during my root canal. It was done in about 30 minutes. Their office is clean and calm. If I ever need to see an endodontist again I’ll definitely come back here.
Had a tooth that was killing me. Went to my dentist and who referred me to Southern Arizona Endodontics for a root canal. It has been a VERY long time since I needed one of those. I had an apicoectomy performed yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional — they made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. Dr. Smith was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and performed the procedure with great skill. Best part... I've been in almost zero pain since the procedure. As easy as a root canal can be😉They informed me of what my share of cost would be ahead of time. I needed extra support for my left arm as I had just undergone rotator cuff repair surgery and the assistant made me as comfortable as I could be. Dr Hughes explained the procedure and was efficient and thorough.
A trip to the dentist, of any kind, is never enjoyable. However, if you have to, this is the place to go. Dr Smith is a wizard. I didnt feel a dang thing. Nothing. He’s quick, knows his business, is personable and professional. I nearly fell asleep in the chair. He’s that good. If you gotta have major dental work done, this is absolutely the place.
