Although I was very nervous about the procedure it was a good experience. Maya the Dental assistant was very supportive & helped to ease my fears by answering my questions & explaining the root canal procedure. She showed herself to be very knowledgeable & mature for her young age. She was efficient yet caring and definitely is an asset to your company.
Incredible experience! A root canal was not in my Christmas plans but Dr Funk and his team took amazing care of me. I’m a little anxious about dental work and they could not have been more accommodating. They explained everything along the way, double checked that I was ok, and not feeling any pain. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for your thoughtful care for me and my mouth!
Upon entering SAE, I was happily greeted with a welcoming, warm and happy smile by the receptionist. I was given understandable instructions for the registration process and was helped courteously when I had an issue with their electronic table. Paulina, the dental assistant/technician was extremely courteous, kind and attentive to me while explaining everything that was going to happen before the root canal procedure began. Thanks Echo and Dr Funk. Efficient, compassionate staff and dentist. Was nervous about the procedure but all went smoothly (meds helped🙄). Highly recommend the office and would definitely use again, although hope I won’t be needing their services again.
Kind and knowledgeable dental assistant and the Dentist Kramkowski was great. He was gentle and informative. Literally the best experience I've had with receiving a root canal.
