Having a root canal sounds scary, but Dr. Cross and Adela made me feel like they really cared for me. Dr. Cross explained everything that was going on during the procedure and took the time to show me things on the x ray so I understood what was going on. Adela was a calming presence. All around a great experience with Southern Arizona Endodontics - from collecting information online to make the check-in easy, to a taking the time to explain the treatment plan and working with the insurance provider. The doctors and assistants made my procedure a truly painless experience in a comfortable and calming environment. I highly recommend Southern Arizona Endodontics.
Dr. Keippel was amazing. He is super personable and empathetic. He makes you feel confident that he knows what he is doing. I came in worried, but the moment he came the room, he immediately put my mind at ease. I would give him a 10/10! He and that staff walked me through the entire process. Everyone was very nice and would recommend for your dental needs.
Top quality dental practice. The facility is modern, up-to-date and impeccably clean. The staff are pleasant and professional. Dr. Keippel, who performed my procedure, does good work. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and had surprisingly little need of post-op pain medication.
