The staff and Dr. Cross were wonderful. One of the best dental experiences I have ever had. Explained everything. Addressed any pain I had quickly. The whole surgery was done so well and they had me so relaxed I was almost dozing off by the end of the the root canal. Thank you!

I had my first root canal done at Southern Arizona Endodontics, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Smith was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. The entire staff was top notch—friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. I highly recommend Southern Arizona Endodontics to anyone needing endodontic care.

All the staff at Southern Arizona Endodontics, from the front desk for scheduling, to the technicians during the evaluation, and Dr. Cross himself during the procedure work, were incredible to interact with. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely concerned with the issue I was experiencing. Referred and scheduled by my dentist for an emergency root canal. Thankfully was able to get a same day appointment. The staff at SAE were very accommodating and professional. The root canal was performed by Dr. Jeffery Keippel, DMD. Beforehand he clearly explained the process while showing me the X-Rays. The procedure was painless and completed in less than 20 minutes. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend SAE.

Excellent service, expertise, and friendly. Robert was pleased with his experience. Susan Beaty was also seeing that this location Dr. Cross and Savannah provided superior service, expertise and a thoroughly professional experience for Susan. Susan experienced very little pain during the procedure and her symptoms started to clear nearly immediately. we would most certainly use this office, doctors and staff again if we’re ever in need of endodontic services. many thanks to all who served us and we will definitely.
