Having a root canal sounds scary, but Dr. Cross and Adela made me feel like they really cared for me. Dr. Cross explained everything that was going on during the procedure and took the time to show me things on the x ray so I understood what was going on. Adela was a calming presence. This place was amazing!!! They got me in 2 hours from the time I called and did a complete Root Canal on me. My appointment was at 3:30 they had me in a room by 3:45 and I was out by 5pm. I actually dosed off 2-3 times during the procedure. They are super friendly, courteous, efficient and fast. I had no real discomfort during or after the procedure. Top quality dental practice. The facility is modern, up-to-date and impeccably clean. The staff are pleasant and professional. Dr. Keippel, who performed my procedure, does good work. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and had surprisingly little need of post-op pain medication.
