Great staff and doctor! I have tmj and cannot open my mouth wide, I’m very hesitant when trying new places. I needed a root canal and can’t keep my mouth open for too long. This dentist was so fast and got it done in 45 minutes while a doctor elsewhere said it would take 2 hours! He was fast but thorough and would check in on me to make sure I was okay. The assistant was very attentive and asked if I needed water or anything and helped make the experience more relaxed! I will visit again if I need work done. 10/10 experience
Had an emergency root canal done. Dr Keippel was amazing. Diagnosed and treated immediately! He is very thorough, kind and did a great job. No pain next day. No after soreness that usually comes with dental procedures. Very happy with results.
This location and dental office has by far been the best. The professionalism and care they provide is great. Had my root canal completed here and did a great job-explaining the entire process. Also Morina was absolutely amazing. She was super empathetic and kind. We truly need healthcare workers like her.
Dr. Timothy Cross did a root canal on one of my front teeth. Valerie was his assistant. Both were extremely professional and skilled. Both of them explained what they were going to do and answered all of my questions. I did not experience any pain during the procedure nor afterwards. The front desk personnel advised me of the charges in advance and I received a self-pay discount. I highly recommend Dr. Cross and his staff!
From someone who had major dental injuries as a child, and needed my first root canal around age 8 or 9: I was incredibly happy with the quality of care I received here for my latest root canal (#4 and the first not related to the injury). The dentist was an absolute pro, painless from the Novocain through till the end of the procedure. Would, and already have, recommend this office to others in need of the work they perform.
