I received such fast, friendly, professional service from the technician, Josh. Lauryn was amazing, she originally set my appointment within 48 hours; then she called me back 30 minutes later saying she could fit me in same day. This was perfect! Josh was here in the appointment window they provided. It's hot as heck in Georgia. I know they are busy yet Josh came in and treated me like I was his first customer of the day. Will is the man to call if you need anything HVAC! When I called for a quote on my HVAC that was about to give its ghost, Will answered and was able to come out the next day to take a look. He got me exactly the equipment I needed for my little 1,100 sq foot house at a good price, and his crew was in and out in one day. They even did a duct cleaning and fixed my drip pipes that were leaking into the wall. Definitely going to be using him again for our next project!
