I received such fast, friendly, professional service from the technician, Josh. Lauryn was amazing, she originally set my appointment within 48 hours; then she called me back 30 minutes later saying she could fit me in same day. This was perfect! Josh was here in the appointment window they provided. It's hot as heck in Georgia. I know they are busy yet Josh came in and treated me like I was his first customer of the day.
