I am pleased so far with the gum surgery I completed yesterday. I will say that I really appreciated the time and effort Dr. Prabhu took to ensure I knew what to expect and other routes that I may need/want to consider. Ultimately, we decided this was the best course of action! I loved everyone in the room while I had this procedure - their knowledge and their personalities helped calm the nerves down. I’ve been working with Southern Roots for over a year now. I really appreciate Dr Prabu and the staff. They explain procedures thoroughly and provide time and space for my decisions. No hard sell. Support and care.
My experience was good. Everyone was understanding and supportive of my fears. The procedure was 99.9% painless. I'm healing nicely without any additional pain. That result takes great care. Thank you. UPDATE: I can only give 1 star for their administrative/financing practices. Dental plans provide little to no coverage for periodontics. If you are using CARE CREDIT to pay for your procedure, make sure to ASK for a longer interest-free period. Their default is only 6 months. They got me in very quickly and they follow up after having work/ easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend Dr. Estes.
