I am very happy with my experience. From beginning to end I was taken care of with professionalism and concern. Dr. Charles was very good, quick and respectful. He addressed my concerns clearly, and at no point did I feel condescension like I have with some other doctors. The procedure was well planned, and I spent very little time in the chair. Dr. Barker was very kind, informative, and professional. The pre-screening and the surgery went quickly and everyone was always ready to answer any questions. Every nurse I came in contact with (even if just in passing) was so kind and made sure I was taken care of through every step. They gave me and my husband extensive information on post care and even sent a text telling us how much one of the higher end medications should cost so we wouldn't be overcharged. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Wade Barker and his entire team. I had double jaw surgery last week to correct my class III bite (underbite). The staff including the doctors were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable as possible. Dr. Brian was very informative either me on the procedures that I needed done. He also performed an extraction of a tooth very quickly, I didn’t even know he was finished! I really appreciate the service that was provided to me at Southern Surgical Arts!
Dr. Barker and his staff are great. They made sure that my experience was top tier. At no time did I feel anxious about the procedures or process. I would 100% recommend him to anyone wanting dental implants.
