Excellent experience, fast, friendly and $26 for a tire leak repair (after a ~$40 sight unseen phone quote) is priced very well. They even gave me a free hat. Highly recommend.
Lost a wheel bearing and was traveling home the next day after a really long hitch. These guys went above and beyond and had my truck fixed and I was on the road by 930 the next morning. If you don't go here, that's your loss
Went in for a tire repair due to a nail in the tire. The tire is mounted to a Ford factory rim that I had powdercoated. Asked if the could be gentle on the rim and received the response that the tire shop is not responsible for scratches on the rim. Attached are photos of the damage. First is a pic of how it is supposed to look and all the rest are after the repair. Rim suffered scratches, gouges and damaged lugnuts. You be the judge.
Spent 5 hours getting a tire and rim replace. Stud got cross threaded and strip out. Watch them beat the lug nut back on until it broke. Then they tired to send me back on the road endangering my life and others, but I stayed. Cost me a $2300 load because I miss my appointment. Then the $607 for the tire and rim. Yes, I stayed until they fixed it right after waiting 5 hours. No updates, on how long it would be, unless I went in and asked. Went in to get my tires changed and was sitting in the waiting room when I noticed two gentleman trying to move my car into the shop. After they had stalled it(5 speed with new clutch), they couldn't get the car to turn on. They proceeded to try and jump start it, when that didn't work. The genius guy crossed the ground and positive terminals. I noticed this because my battery has an arc spots. When I pointed it out they insisted they never crossed them.
