I’m extremely disappointed in the level of service we received. One of our work hands was stranded in a small town with a flat tire and had no options for over 30 miles. When we reached out for help, the shop refused simply because they didn’t want to split two tickets for payment. This is a basic request and easily done, especially in an emergency situation. Went in to get my tires changed and was sitting in the waiting room when I noticed two gentleman trying to move my car into the shop. After they had stalled it(5 speed with new clutch), they couldn't get the car to turn on. They proceeded to try and jump start it, when that didn't work. The genius guy crossed the ground and positive terminals. I noticed this because my battery has an arc spots. When I pointed it out they insisted they never crossed them. Mr Salazar went above and beyond tonight, even though they were already closed, he came out to help me with my flat tire, had a blowout on i20. Did more than anyone else was willing to do, without a doubt. Id recommend these guys to anyone in need of help with tire problems. Not to mention he managed to fix what 3 other servicemen from other companies had been struggling with for least 3-4hours prior to him showing up, in less than 30min. Truly gifted at what he does!! Ricardo saved my life yesterday I was stranded with a flat tire he came right out and met me at the chevron were i limped my truck into. He is a fantastic worker and great person. I highly recommend his services and his company.
Went in for a tire repair due to a nail in the tire. The tire is mounted to a Ford factory rim that I had powdercoated. Asked if the could be gentle on the rim and received the response that the tire shop is not responsible for scratches on the rim. Attached are photos of the damage. First is a pic of how it is supposed to look and all the rest are after the repair. Rim suffered scratches, gouges and damaged lugnuts. You be the judge.
