Horrible service first off they take forever to get u in and out, then they don’t properly torque lug nuts found them loose after a couple miles. Then I call to let them know they need to double check and there service advisor makes excuses and says I need to check torque on them when I’m the customer !! Will never recommend this place!
As of a very recent customer, in the past I've had suspicions about the company not rotating my truck tires, I went ahead and marked my truck tires with chalk, ask them to do an oil change and rotate the tires. In return. I received a truck with no tire rotation performed and wondering if they even changed the oil, they absolutely did charge me for the tire rotation and did not even asked to correct the current situation on the finance part for the ticket which I had been charged as well as a speedy and quick acknowledgment ... read more
Went in for a tire repair due to a nail in the tire. The tire is mounted to a Ford factory rim that I had powdercoated. Asked if the could be gentle on the rim and received the response that the tire shop is not responsible for scratches on the rim. Attached are photos of the damage. First is a pic of how it is supposed to look and all the rest are after the repair. Rim suffered scratches, gouges and damaged lugnuts. You be the judge.
Editing review. Original included for info. I had one of my new lug nuts destroyed by them. 2 stars for the valve stem, 1 star for the service. Original review, "5 stars for the new valve stem. No problems there. It's only a 30 minute job, at worst, and I spent over 1.5 hours there. I can live with the fact that no one drove a manual. It's a dying art. My wife and I were enroute to San Diego when our left front tire started leaking. Southern Tire in Pecos, TX stayed open late on a Saturday to help us and had our tire fixed in 20 minutes. What a great customer experience! Many thanks.
