I was having alignment issues with my truck for over 2 months. Was sent to the this shop. They got me right in the bay and didn't wait a whole day getting service. They get you in and out. And prices are reasonable. The staff are amazing and make you feel welcomed. Will be my #1 got to for services from here on out.
Blew a tire last night just south of Buckee's , from the time I called company breakdown and back on the road was under an hour. This was the fastest and best road service call I've ever had in my 35+ years of driving a truck
Where do i start with this place. Changed all my 8 tires and less than a week my driver came back with 5 MISSING LUG NUTS. Messed up my hub and wheels. Missed out on a whole days worth of work for their technician to Replace their mistake and now my wheel seal is leaking. Driver told me he was watching YouTube on how to replace it LOL Their salesman told me to find a REAL mechanic to do it and once i brought them the bill and parts they are now refusing to pay. I’ve been driving for 10+ years now and have dealt with many vendors and by far Jordan Costa was definitely the best one. Mind you a flat for any driver who can relate is very frustrating, your Expected to meet deadlines and running out of hours of service so I was already aggravated This Guys positive energy is very infectious working out in the heat and getting the job done not only efficient but very quick Jordan thank you bro! Such an incredible experience with this repair shop! Mic, Seth, and the whole team are life savers! Had an issue with my car’s engine between overheating and a struggling A/C — they were able to get me in for an inspection in less than a week, and had my car running better than when I bought it (used) in less than a day. And maybe best of all? It didn’t cost me an arm and a leg to pay for! Thank you for all that you do — you’ve definitely got a repeat customer
