Great experience at Southern Tire Mart. I brought in my 2023 Hyundai Tucson after finding two screws in one of the front tires, and they fixed it really quickly. Everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I really appreciated how straightforward and honest they were. They got me back on the road fast, and the whole experience was much better than I expected. I'd definitely recommend them if you need tire service.
This is the Very BEST Southern Tire Mart we have ever travelled to! Being OTR means a lot to us as far as great customer service! The manager James is extremely awesome and his customer service is Top tier! Thank you so much Southern Tire Mart!
Shop was great, in and out ASAP. No waiting hours in queue like the TA or loves truck stops. Excellent service and the price is right! Special thanks to service manager Matt and his crew
I spoke with Matt, who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I brought my RV in for a balance check, and he immediately knew what needed to be done and took care of it right away. The service was quick, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The shop itself is impeccable—super clean and well-organized—which really shows their attention to detail. I highly recommend Southern Tire Mart. If you bring your vehicle here, you’ll love the experience!
Great place to work with I have purchased some tires and rims from Matt and he’s been very helpful person I would recommend for anyone %100 return back to him on the future
