STM exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure they worked on passenger cars like my 2021 Sienna, but they do. I had a screw in the middle of my tread, and I was hoping that a tire repair job would do the trick. I was halfway expecting to hear, "Oh we don't do that here," or "Oh that can't be fixed, you'll need at least 2 new tires." Quite the opposite. They were willing to help. Would not recommend getting your truck aligned here. I had my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel alignment done here not really sure if they actually aligned it but was worse than when I took it in. Steering wheel wasn't aligned properly truck was very loose in the front and this was after I had an all-new front end installed. I took it to Free Service off Eastern Star Rd had it realigned everything is tight truck drives perfect now. This is the only place i will take my truck from now on!!
Kevin is the hardest worker I’ve seen. Rolled into bushs for a drop and hook. He was in the middle of a tire change of a dropped trailer and stopped what he was doing to fix my tire of a trailer I was leaving with. Just to get me rolling quicker.
If I could give more than 5 starts for Kevin I would! His efficiency and customer service skills are next to perfect. Thank you for all the help getting me and my trailer back on the road!
