Not sure where this guy works out of but he is a lunatic driver. When lanes ended to merge onto the highway, this man decided it was a great idea to speed up beyond 60mph to get in front of us, nearly forcing us into the cement wall if we didnt slam on brakes. Then he proceeded to go 80+ once he got onto the 202. Careless, reckless, and inconsiderate.
Great service, they found a few nails in 2 of our tires. I told them to take care of my truck and they did a professional job and got me back on the road really quick. Issac was awesome he got me all set up. Thanks guys! They also showed me that I had a brake chamber leaking and referred me to KTS to get it replaced. Highly recommend anyone that needs tires to come and check these guys out!
I had an emergency root canal and could not make the appointment to change 8 tires on my motorhome. I gave them a courtesy call to inform them I would not make it and was told I could bring it the next day. I show up the next day as soon as they open, but then I'm told they don't have enough staff to get the work done. The sales guy even mentioned he was "warned" I would be coming in; if he knew that, why didn't they give me a courtesy call Thanks guys, you lost customer because you couldn't pick up the phone.
Awesome customer service from Sixto—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The mechanics did a great job as well. The whole team provided excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks team for the assistance with the repairs greatly appreciated.
Called them up asking for a tire gave me a good price so I agreed but they told me it be a while I was like ok 4 hrs later my turn is up and they don’t have the tire Not sure if they didn’t on purpose so I would have no choice but to get the tire they actually sold me or they didn’t keep track of their inventory Either way don’t trust them 4 hrs of waiting was extreme as it was but to stick with a tire I wasn’t looking for just takes the cake Yea I could have gone to another place but I thought I was getting a good deal plu... read more
