After calling several shops, I called Southern Tire Mart and Nate helped me with my questions right away. When I arrived at the shop, his team jumped on checking my RV tires and fixed my issues. Experienced an inside rear tire issue on the I40 between Flagstaff and Seligman in our Class A Motorcoach yesterday, 04/19/25. Called Southern Tire Mart in Flagstaff and Nate ( Nathaniel) was outstanding. Customer service and help he offered was above and beyond what we expected. Sedale, their mobile technician, arrived at our coach within an hour and his level of service was outstanding too. I think these guys are the most fare in Flagstaff on prices and service ,they are professionals who have knowledgeable employees who are friendly and caring. I would certainly recommend them to anyone Including my mother.!! I been here a few times since they opened up and truly like their work.

These are the nicest people I have ever met in my life. I ordered some tires and shipped them to this location, when I called they told me I could come in that day! As soon as I came in they started doing my tires right away, as well as offered to take me over to my sister so I wasn’t waiting! I will 100% go here from now on for any needs.
