I think these guys are the most fare in Flagstaff on prices and service ,they are professionals who have knowledgeable employees who are friendly and caring. I would certainly recommend them to anyone Including my mother.!! I been here a few times since they opened up and truly like their work.
First time getting my tires here, Andrea, Caleb, Nate all amazing and great service. Lobby music was a great as well. Love this shop definitely recommend and will be back eventually for more tires!!!! Thank you guys
Came to get my tire replaced and I felt uncomfortable around the service desk tech, Nate. He seemed to be interested in me, though looked about twice my age and had a wedding ring on, so I tried to get out as fast as I could. About 10 minutes after leaving he started following my businesses instagram page. I did not tell him what I did for work, or that I had an instagram.
Went to get my tire balanced. Eric doesn’t know what cross-threading is and proceeded to do so to my stud and lug nut. I’ve never had any problems with my studs like that, yes they can be finicky but you just gotta have patience and not use an impact if it doesn’t wanna go on. $100+ later at another shop to get it fixed. Shout out Big O. Plus my tire wasn’t balanced right. Just nice i wasn’t charged for it.
