We had an issue happen with our grand jeep Cherokee L. Elijah and Tang stepped up and went above and beyond to make things right for us. We appreciate the great service. I am so pleased with the customer service that I received at Southern tire Mart on Cardinal drive they were very friendly courteous and very efficient and getting my tires mounted and balanced The manager was very accommodating and I highly recommend this place . I was in and out in literally 30 minutes with new tires.
These guys always take care of business. Been driving trucks for 7 years. If it’s one thing about driving commercial trucks you know your gonna need tires very often. Every single time I’ve needed tires or an alignment done on a heavy duty truck I’ve used these guys. They have never disappointed and have always had me back on the road in no time. The staff are very attentive and friendly. You can’t go wrong for your tire needs with Southern Tire.
If no star is possible this place deserves it. Bought a truck super single continental tire from this location, waited inside building to get it installed found out 2 days later that the side wall was damaged while they were put it on . The owner says he would take care of this issue as I took vehicle to have him personally look at it. Up to today nothing has been done. They don’t honor their own warranty. Don’t buy any tires from these people.
Pulled up my wheel bearing went out on highway right in front I understand it was 420 but turned away while I’m broke down and pouring rain very poorly done I would of been happy if yall just got me the part shot over now changing wheel bearing in store parking lot down the road thanks guys I made it into parking lot and worker tells me they won’t touch until Monday
