Outstanding customer service. Came here traveling from Calif to move Mannys son. We noticed we had a slow leak and found this heavy screw, they repaired leak and checked all tires at no cost. Very nice left a tip. I highly recommend them. They we're courteous, efficient and fast.
The crew at Southern Tire is simply amazing. Guy at the front counter has an incredible knowledge of tires and if you you have questions, he is happy to help! Guy has helped me out more times than I can count! Thank you for always helping when I'm in a pinch, you guys rule!
Guy is awesome to work with and to talk with too! He took time to send me multiple quotes on different all weather tires; and was happy to take my (many) follow up questions and address concerns. He explained that his shop will do flat repairs and rotations at no charge. Who does that anymore! We can all use that sort of kindness these days. I look forward to working with STM when the time comes to get tires on my older Buick.
My first encounter with Southern Tire Mart. What a pleasant experience from making an appointment to driving off their place with new rubber on the road. I read previous reviews. All were spot on, mostly 5’s, well-reserved. I interacted with both of their up-front people, Keith and Guy. I needed to change my appointment a couple times.
