I brought my vehicle here for tire service and was sold four TPMS sensors for about $200, which were installed during the job. I later learned that my vehicle uses an indirect TPMS system and does not require in-wheel pressure sensors at all. Another tire shop confirmed this and explained that the sensors were unnecessary for my car. Outstanding customer service. Came here traveling from Calif to move Mannys son. We noticed we had a slow leak and found this heavy screw, they repaired leak and checked all tires at no cost. Very nice left a tip. I highly recommend them. They we're courteous, efficient and fast.
Its been a while but I am finally writing this review for an experience we had at Southern Tire Mart back in July. We had an emergency situation with a punctured tire while driving to DIA from the mountains. Just so happened we rolled into the shop as we pulled off of I-70. I am not one to normally leave reviews, but I was absolutely blown away by Southern Tire Mart's customer service and speed. Guy was so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me. I hit a pothole going into work nearby, resulting in the sidewall of my tire being blown out. While they did try and save the tire, unfortunately, it could not be patched. Highly recommended! Fast and efficient, extremely knowledgeable, professional service, and kind staff. An extra thanks to Guy at the front desk for being so helpful and also a big thanks to Ronny in the shop for helping get my tpms light off. I am more than grateful for an excellent experience and will use this location for future maintenance and tires!
