Went in for a simple oil change. Had 1 vehicle in front of me. Waited 3.5 hours. Not 1 person cared to update me on the service being done. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Went to fix a valve stem and patch a hole on same tire, charged me $30 and didn’t patch the hole on tires I bought from them that are a month old today
Went in for then to balance my tires and told them to air up my tires before they balanced them... they did not air up my tires they balanced them with 30 psi in all 4 tires... super unprofessional and lack of knowledge. I figured I would take it to them because its a small town. Trust me go some where else. I should have read the reviews.. Also terrible customer service! It was a embarrassing to see how incompetent and unprofessional the front desk employees were..
Had a blowout in Catarina Tx. And had to get help. Luckily a nice man gave me a ride to Carizo Springs and these guy’s gave me a fair price and installed it very reasonably.
Charged me before they did d work.... apparently it was 2 flat tires ,(this was in a semi truck)..but at the end it was a swap( my spare) and a flat ...the guy told me that they charge $15 for a swap and 40 to fix a d flat. ...she still charged me 80 dlls😡...she said we charged u already...so Iam not doing anything to reimbursed your money.....this is not right..... won't be stopping here anytime soon😡😡😡😡😡😡
