Went in for then to balance my tires and told them to air up my tires before they balanced them... they did not air up my tires they balanced them with 30 psi in all 4 tires... super unprofessional and lack of knowledge. I figured I would take it to them because its a small town. Trust me go some where else. I should have read the reviews.. Also terrible customer service! It was a embarrassing to see how incompetent and unprofessional the front desk employees were..
Had a blowout in Catarina Tx. And had to get help. Luckily a nice man gave me a ride to Carizo Springs and these guy’s gave me a fair price and installed it very reasonably.
That guy chingo bling was fast as dihhh boy changing a tire! Definitely coming again !10 out of 10 customer service! Highly recommend
The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff was friendly until I had concerns/complaints. I visited Southern Tire Mart needing service on my alignment. I called and set up my appointment, I brought my car in at the time scheduled and had requested something with the mechanic. A thin piece of metal was scraping against my wheel rotor what needed to be bent away. A quick fix that had I known I would've been charged over 100$ for someone to reach in a tire and bend it, I would've just did it myself. I asked about the outrageous price... read more
Worst experience ever, had new tires mounted on my personal truck. After getting it back shakes like crazy, bad speed balance. I took it back even worse. brought it from the shop weights falling off in my driveway. Had a different shop speed balance it now drives smooth. if you want somebody to do a very bad job and take your money take it to these guys. never again not even taking my work trucks
