I punched a hole in the sidewall of my camper van tire and needed to have it replaced. I expected to have to order a replacement tire and wait a few days for it to come in so I could continue my tour of the area. It’s an all terrain tire with a high load rating. Much to my surprise they had it in stock!. The lady who took my call and assisted me when I arrived 30 min later knows what she is talking about. Straight up 10/10 on my experience with her! I had bought tires online and went to Walmart to install them. They were going to charge me $125.00 to install all four tires. Unfortunately they were out of stock of balancing weights so I decided to go to southern tire mart. They were nice when they want your money at the front desk. My total bill was $247.00. Couple of days ago, my kids pointed out that I am missing lug nut from driver side. I work out of southeast and we always go to southern tire for our tire needs. Either go to their shop or they come to ours. Where ever it is southern tire always take care of us. Jess is super knowledgeable and will get you in and out with the tires you need. Her crew is quick from start to finish. I recommend anyone to stop by and give them a try. Had my tire in stock droped it off took 30 minutes. Thank you guys,Big O had it all day. The previous day, from open to close, could not get it. Done.
