Bought 4 brand new high quality trailer tires and paid for balancing. Got them home to only find the tires were not balance. Took the tires back the next day and had that corrected,, "Ok it happens" The trailer has not moved with the new tires and 2 go flat. Had to take them off and back, I was told that they had to tighten or replace Valve stems. Months later still have not moved the trailer. Another tire goes flat. I recently went in to southern tire mart to get a quote, and while the visit was generally informative, I had a concerning interaction with one of the employees. The woman who assisted me, Jessica, made racially charged remarks that left me feeling profoundly disrespected. Yesterday while on my way to drop my daughter off for school I had a flat tire . Went to Big O Tire, they didn’t have the tire size I needed and I waited about 3 hours sitting there waiting for them to put a plug on my tire; I decided to get my car and leave . Came across Southern Tire Mart, as soon as I parked Orlando (a mechanic) approached me and asked me what was going on . I cannot say enough good things about this tire shop and especially Jesse. She truly went above and beyond. What should have been a simple tire repair turned into a very frustrating situation with our warranty company, and Jesse handled all of it with patience, professionalism, and persistence. She spent an incredible amount of time dealing with the warranty company on our behalf, explaining things clearly, advocating for us, and never once made us feel like we were a burden.
