I punched a hole in the sidewall of my camper van tire and needed to have it replaced. I expected to have to order a replacement tire and wait a few days for it to come in so I could continue my tour of the area. It’s an all terrain tire with a high load rating. Much to my surprise they had it in stock!. The lady who took my call and assisted me when I arrived 30 min later knows what she is talking about. Straight up 10/10 on my experience with her! Had my tire in stock droped it off took 30 minutes. Thank you guys,Big O had it all day. The previous day, from open to close, could not get it. Done.
It took a couple of hours to change out 3 tires on my trailer. Prices were fair service was great.
Jessi and the rest of the staff have been nothing less than outstanding. They have helped in every way they can and been so kind through my whole mess of a career situation. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure they’ve done all they can do. Thank you southern tire mart staff (especially Jessica) for all of your help.
Jordan and all the team took care of me. Bought tires online and was the only tire shop in town that would replace them for me. Even stayed after closing to finish taking care of me. 100% recommended when you need your tires taken care of.
