I liked to review the service, but unable to acquire said service. Called for mobile tire service, was told they would call back. They did not. Called the next day, requested again for mobile tire service, was referred to their call center, call center transferred me back to same store, again referred to call center, call center AGAIN referred me to the store. Y’all just lost yourself a camper requiring all tires to be replaced.

I visited today at 7:37 AM for a trailer alignment. After checking in at the front desk, I dropped my trailer at the second bay and was told to wait for Taylor, who would be helping me. Around 8:27 AM, Taylor came out and told me to wait a few minutes, assuring me he would start working on it shortly. I patiently waited in the lobby until 12:27 PM — nearly five hours — but no work was started. Guys got me in amd put pretty quick, excellent and friendly service. Cheapest in the area from all the quotes I got.

Generally Southern has pretty reasonable prices. But this specific location would get - 10000 stars from me for customer service. I was already at dock and one of them pulled me out to get his friend first. Its fine, by the end u will have only your 2 friends as customers. Left without service. By the way it was a warranty issue.

You would think for a Southern Tire Mart there would be lots of room, but not really the case here. Mostly a dusty dirt lot...
