Truck was there since 7am for alignment signed in on clipboard and crew was aware truck was in line with driver waiting. Well noon came around turned out they removed the name off clipboard and was there for nothing all morning! I was told they do it in purpose so if someone they know comes around.
I have been using this location for my big truck alignments for the past 5-6yrs and they never disappoint
Great place to get my tires replaced. Super friendly, respectful staff and the alignment center is spot on .
Generally Southern has pretty reasonable prices. But this specific location would get - 10000 stars from me for customer service. I was already at dock and one of them pulled me out to get his friend first. Its fine, by the end u will have only your 2 friends as customers. Left without service. By the way it was a warranty issue.
Been here since 7am for an Alignment and balance , the guy shows up talks to everyone then he gets coffe , water all the usual i guess and they start working around 9am with breaks every 10 ,15 min to catch up on the chisme 🤦♂️smdh
