I liked to review the service, but unable to acquire said service. Called for mobile tire service, was told they would call back. They did not. Called the next day, requested again for mobile tire service, was referred to their call center, call center transferred me back to same store, again referred to call center, call center AGAIN referred me to the store. Y’all just lost yourself a camper requiring all tires to be replaced.
I visited today at 7:37 AM for a trailer alignment. After checking in at the front desk, I dropped my trailer at the second bay and was told to wait for Taylor, who would be helping me. Around 8:27 AM, Taylor came out and told me to wait a few minutes, assuring me he would start working on it shortly. I brought my trailer for alignment to Tyler he wasted my whole day. He is so much disrespectful and the laziest turtle . Didn’t work on my trailer he was busy on his things . Never come to see my trailer .. no top management is taking an action I took out my trailer and left their property . I will never come back again
Pulled up and they changed 2 of my trailer tires so fast i couldn't believe it. They had good prices too
