Called to see about getting all 4 tires and a rotation done. Asked about scheduling a time since I'm working around my and my mother's schedule. Was told "you can drop it off whenever and we'll get to it when we get to it". Super unprofessional as always. Going to Firestone from now on.
Showed up at 7:45. Noticed a lot of mechanics vaping, dancing, and standing around with their hands in their pockets. Been here for 4+ hours and counting.
I had four trailer tires replaced. It ended up being a three day undertaking because the tires I needed were 300 miles away. I spoke and worked with six people. Each one was professional, friendly, and helpful. Andy, Andrew, and Murphy helped me on the phone and in the front desk area. Isaac and Gage changed the tires. Brett, the manager, was also personally involved. He made it so things were much easier for me.
They completed an oil change in just a few minutes and fixed a tire leak within a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. I am happy with the tire repair. Would have liked to get a sticker on my windshield for the oil change and for my oil change light to be reset. They also charged me $20 before tax after someone originally quoted $18 before tax, but it's just $2, so no big deal. I'm sure that I'll be back for more service. Overall happy customer.
Had a delivery at 8am, got there at 07:40, they didn't open the gate for me until 9:15... Just to see another truck backing into the dock from a different gate, which they never told me. Didn't leave until about noon. The guy upfront is rude and sassy, maybe he was having a bad day, but unprofessional regardless. Waste of time coming here.
