Why don't y'all answer the phone? I need a front alignment but don't want to drive there with a bad alignment if you don't have time to do it. It rings 7 times a hangs up. No voice mail or anything. That says to me "just go away and stop calling"
Staff is very knowledgeable and resourceful, I got us in and out in under an hour and paid less than $1,000 for a whole set of tires for the caddy..
I am usually changing my tires at Southern Tire Mart, and they have always been a model of high-quality and fast service. But here they allow other drivers behind you in line to come in front of you. Disorganized and very slow tire shop.
Great service. Called Monday right before closing needing a tire due to a blow out. They ordered the tire and had it in the next day. I was in and out in an hour and half. Highly recommend.
They completed an oil change in just a few minutes and fixed a tire leak within a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. I am happy with the tire repair. Would have liked to get a sticker on my windshield for the oil change and for my oil change light to be reset. They also charged me $20 before tax after someone originally quoted $18 before tax, but it's just $2, so no big deal. I'm sure that I'll be back for more service. Overall happy customer.
