I called requesting replacement tires for an older RV I just purchased. I spoke to Adam and he was very helpful in finding me the tires I needed. When I arrived. He checked all of my tires. He noticed the back dual set were 20 years old and suggested that to be safe, they needed to be replaced also. I totally agreed with this. Poor customer service, front desk manager doesn't have work ethics or any will to be present there. But the price is fair and they relatively install tires quickly if not much of trucks in line. X1 star for customer service and manager with an attitude of a little girl. X4 stars for fair prices.
