I'm giving 2 stars because of the time it took to change a flat. If the white gentleman would have stayed off his phone production could have moved faster and the older gentleman was working with no purpose and they needed help.
Travis at Southern Tire Mart was extremely helpful when I had a flat on Interstate 30. I was an hour from home. My friend in the area got me to Southern Tire Mart, and without any hesitation, Travis got a technician to follow us back to my car. The technician has the tire changed in no time. I’m so appreciative and thankful for all the help!
I ran over something in my new car on I-30. Found out it does not have a spare. It had a can of fix a flat and an air compressor. I used that to get to STM. I told desk people what happened and that I used fix a flat to get off interstate. They broke down tire then told me I needed to buy new tire because they won't patch a tire after that was used. Manager in the Grey Shirt was being a smart mouth this morning talking about not having air in the store yet they had 3-4 service trucks outside just parked. Maybe it needs new management! Talking about the store is going to be down all day and only taking Service calls I understand Service calls bring in more money but maybe that man needs to be trained again or replaced. Southern Tire Legacy is going down the drain with people like this.
UPDATED REVIEW AFTER BELOW EXPERIENCE: I reached out to the regional manager and he made things right. This swung my review from one star review to five stars for the simple fact that management up the chain was even accessible in today's day and age.
