I called requesting replacement tires for an older RV I just purchased. I spoke to Adam and he was very helpful in finding me the tires I needed. When I arrived. He checked all of my tires. He noticed the back dual set were 20 years old and suggested that to be safe, they needed to be replaced also. I totally agreed with this. Because they were very busy, we were able to leave our RV overnight so that when they could get to it. They would replace all 6 tires. Poor customer service, front desk manager doesn't have work ethics or any will to be present there. But the price is fair and they relatively install tires quickly if not much of trucks in line. X1 star for customer service and manager with an attitude of a little girl. X4 stars for fair prices.
Love this place, they always try to work us in the schedule but I know they get overwhelmed at times so I don’t take it personally. The employees are always good to my husband and I. We always get our tires and shocks worked on here
