First time stopping in. Great experience. I had a screw in my tire and just needed it patched. There was ZERO pressure to buy a new tire. Quick, efficient, and reasonable. Great service, price, and experience. Highly recommended. They will get my business going forward.
Walked out to my truck at the TA in Littlefield, AZ to find a chunk of tire missing out of the sidewall on my trailer. Called around to see who wanted to come to change it out and luckily southern tire mart had a guy already in the area who could do the job. Unfortunately he used up a tire that could have replaced mine but he still showed up to assess the damage and get started on the job. Excellent! We were on a long road trip and stopped by for an issue we were experiencing. Turned out to be a simple, inexpensive fix. They got us in and out extremely quickly and were very kind, communicative, and helpful. I really appreciated their honesty and kindness, even despite knowing they'd never have to see us again!
