Walked out to my truck at the TA in Littlefield, AZ to find a chunk of tire missing out of the sidewall on my trailer. Called around to see who wanted to come to change it out and luckily southern tire mart had a guy already in the area who could do the job. Unfortunately he used up a tire that could have replaced mine but he still showed up to assess the damage and get started on the job. I was traveling on Hwy 15 in my motorhome when a fellow next to me pointed at my rear tire. It was coming apart. This happened on a Sunday, so I parked at the pilot truck stop until I was able to call around. Southern Tire Mart was two miles away. I talked to Wade, and he gave me an excellent price for a new tire and installation. When I arrived at the shop, there were two trucks ahead of me.I didn't have much of a wait at all. Had a great experience. Had a staple in my tire and they got me in quickly. Turns out that wasn’t the leak, but they took it out, put air in all my tires, and sent me on my way free of charge.
Penske uses this guys and they always take care of my truck when needed, they are awesome, prompt and friendly service, i recommend them. Great people. Thank you!
Quick, painless and convenient. Stopped in for a tire patch on a drive tire puncture. No wait. Dropped the trailer and got straight to work. The only downside at this location was the dyno being offline. We'd certainly stop by there again for a service.
