This place is my go to place in Houston for tires. They always take care of me. And they try to help me as much as they can by not overpricing me. And that's one thing I truly appreciate in this economy. I have actually come to trust these people which is actually a hard thing to do in the trucking industry to trust anybody. The worst STM I have ever been too! Waited 45 mins after tire tech gave back completed paperwork to be cashed out My tire account manager in mobile (Amos) told me to have them check this Bridgestone for warranty, no one after being asked 3 times could be bothered to even look at the tire. I'm now bringing it to my local STM in mobile to get it looked at. This location is also slower than molasses, the people seemed friendly... Customer service is the best. But employees are late to work they supposed to open at 7 AM and they came in around 7:30 to start working at 8 AM
Service was prompt and professional! Friendly staff! The technician Quinten M. also pointed out potential future issues to keep an eye on. If ya looking for a front end alignment..this is the place...oh the also have lots of tires!
