The worst STM I have ever been too! Waited 45 mins after tire tech gave back completed paperwork to be cashed out My tire account manager in mobile (Amos) told me to have them check this Bridgestone for warranty, no one after being asked 3 times could be bothered to even look at the tire. I'm now bringing it to my local STM in mobile to get it looked at. This location is also slower than molasses, the people seemed friendly... Great location to get some great tires,these guys get busy so you might have to wait in line longer than your usual impatient self, but when they get to you make sure you’re specific about what you need and want.
