The worst STM I have ever been too! Waited 45 mins after tire tech gave back completed paperwork to be cashed out My tire account manager in mobile (Amos) told me to have them check this Bridgestone for warranty, no one after being asked 3 times could be bothered to even look at the tire. I'm now bringing it to my local STM in mobile to get it looked at. This location is also slower than molasses, the people seemed friendly... Customer service is the best. But employees are late to work they supposed to open at 7 AM and they came in around 7:30 to start working at 8 AM
I went into Southern tire mart to get a second tire installed on my tractor, I had just bought a tire from Adam at the front desk on Friday 7/12/24 and I explained to Adam that I was replacing all recaps on my truck each time I get paid. I returned on 7/16/24 to purchase another tire. When I walked in Adam was busy on his computer, too busy to greet me or to tell me I’ll be right with you in a moment! Adam O. Prompt, professional, and helpful. He worked with me over the phone to find the right steers for a semi truck. He found the location nearest to me as a courtesy despite him not receiving credit for the sale. This is how you build a loyal customer base. Thanks Adam!
The people at this location are awesome. Friendly and very helpful. I always get great service. I'm an Independent Contractor so money is always tight. On 2/9/24 I stopped in to get Steer tires. Robert went above and beyond to help me get the best value for my money. I would Definitely Recommend this store for your tire needs.
