On my way to airport on I 40 east. My rental car tire blew out and was smoking. I was able to pull over. I called roadside assistance with National and it would be two hours. I indicated I was in front of Southern Tire Mart. They said they aren’t on the list. We had RV tire issues while on I-40, Southern Tire Mart was able to get the tires we needed and installed within a couple of hours. One staff member even stayed over to allow us extra time to pick up the RV after hours. Much appreciated. Highly recommend.
Recently did a front end alignment on my Peterbilt. One thing I can’t say for sure without a shadow of a doubt. Josh, the alignment specialist knows what’s up. Coolest dude ever. If you need a truck alignment, this is where to get it done and Josh will take care of you.
Early morning emergency as we were from out of state and needed tire repair on our pickup with camper. Dually tires and no one else was able to help. Southern tire mart took us right in and within 30 minutes we were on the road again! Understanding, courtesy and respectful, we were so fortunate to have their service. Highly recommend!!
