Southern Tire Mart #502 provided outstanding service when we had a flat tire. The staff was polite, professional, and got us back on the road quickly. Their lobby and restrooms were impressively clean and well-maintained, which made the short wait very comfortable. Highly recommend them for fast, courteous, and clean service!
I had a great experience with Southern Tire Mart in Albuquerque, but it didn't start that way. The left rear trailer tire started losing pressure, as indicated on the TPMS, just west of The city. I got it shut down before it went flat and Good Sam Roadside contacted Southern Tire Mart for some help. Southern Tire in Albuquerque totally exceeded my highest expectations. Josh greeted me when I arrived and made me feel totally welcome. He focused on my concerns and positively explained how his team would fix my problem. I had scheduled an alignment, but I also had a slow nuisance leak. My tire dealer back in Ohio could not find the leak and sent me on my way saying to "keep an eye on it". While I relaxed in the clean and friendly waiting area, Josh and his team did the alignment. I always go to these guys my RV tires. They have taken care of me for years are won’t charge more than I need. I recently got an alignment for my RV. Now the vehicle drives even better. Thanks so much! I never even knew I needed this.
On my way to airport on I 40 east. My rental car tire blew out and was smoking. I was able to pull over. I called roadside assistance with National and it would be two hours. I indicated I was in front of Southern Tire Mart. They said they aren’t on the list.
