I had a great experience with Southern Tire Mart in Albuquerque, but it didn't start that way. The left rear trailer tire started losing pressure, as indicated on the TPMS, just west of The city. I got it shut down before it went flat and Good Sam Roadside contacted Southern Tire Mart for some help. Carlos, from Southern, took care of the tire change and I asked him if he could drop the affected wheel and tire at his shop and that I would stop by before leaving Albuquerque. What a great experience at a great price! Lorenzo provided great customer service associated with my appointment. Josh was the alignment technician and was really competent. Josh explained the needed alignment adjustments and then performed the work. The alignment bay could accommodate my Dynamax motorhome with new, modern, alignment equipment. Five stars guys! Southern Tire in Albuquerque totally exceeded my highest expectations. Josh greeted me when I arrived and made me feel totally welcome. He focused on my concerns and positively explained how his team would fix my problem. I had scheduled an alignment, but I also had a slow nuisance leak. Southern Tire Mart #502 provided outstanding service when we had a flat tire. The staff was polite, professional, and got us back on the road quickly. Their lobby and restrooms were impressively clean and well-maintained, which made the short wait very comfortable. Highly recommend them for fast, courteous, and clean service!
Great job all around, Leroy in service, took care of me and got 2 steer tires put on. Also, got an alignment done and Josh explained everything and got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. Overall great experience, Thanks guys!!
