I had a great experience with Southern Tire Mart in Albuquerque, but it didn't start that way. The left rear trailer tire started losing pressure, as indicated on the TPMS, just west of The city. I got it shut down before it went flat and Good Sam Roadside contacted Southern Tire Mart for some help. Carlos, from Southern, took care of the tire change and I asked him if he could drop the affected wheel and tire at his shop and that I would stop by before leaving Albuquerque. Southern Tire Mart #502 provided outstanding service when we had a flat tire. The staff was polite, professional, and got us back on the road quickly. Their lobby and restrooms were impressively clean and well-maintained, which made the short wait very comfortable. Highly recommend them for fast, courteous, and clean service!
Southern Tire in Albuquerque totally exceeded my highest expectations. Josh greeted me when I arrived and made me feel totally welcome. He focused on my concerns and positively explained how his team would fix my problem. I had scheduled an alignment, but I also had a slow nuisance leak. Great shop for my RV! Josh and Santi were super helpful in getting my rig wheel alignment done quickly and professionally. Alignment was way off and Josh showed me results every step of the way while he made the adjustments. Very pleased and will definitely return!
Santi is great!! I took my 3 year old son with me to get some tires mounted. Santi saw me trying to show my son how the guys in the back were mounting tires and immediately offered to show my son the "Monster Truck tires" and my son was thrilled to go on the adventure to see them. Santi's customer service has made me a loyal customer, even though this was my first visit I will take all my future tire business to this Southern Tire location.
