I had a great experience with Southern Tire Mart in Albuquerque, but it didn't start that way. The left rear trailer tire started losing pressure, as indicated on the TPMS, just west of The city. I got it shut down before it went flat and Good Sam Roadside contacted Southern Tire Mart for some help. I had a flat on my tow dolly. Southern Tire Mart is a vendor to Penske Trucks. They sent a gentlemen named Luciano who came promptly, assessed my situation and remedied with a smile. He was extremely professional and well deserving of a raise. He saved the day on a cross country move. He and his team are A+ in my book and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
We had RV tire issues while on I-40, Southern Tire Mart was able to get the tires we needed and installed within a couple of hours. One staff member even stayed over to allow us extra time to pick up the RV after hours. Much appreciated. Highly recommend.
Great shop for my RV! Josh and Santi were super helpful in getting my rig wheel alignment done quickly and professionally. Alignment was way off and Josh showed me results every step of the way while he made the adjustments. Very pleased and will definitely return!
On my way to airport on I 40 east. My rental car tire blew out and was smoking. I was able to pull over. I called roadside assistance with National and it would be two hours. I indicated I was in front of Southern Tire Mart. They said they aren’t on the list.
