Amazing service! We blew a tire coming down I40, found them looking to replace all 6 of our RV tires. Rigo helped us get a quick estimate, did not try to upsell and got us everything that we need at a very good price. Highly recommend, amazing service and people; and don’t forget to pet the dog.
My Dad took his truck in for an alignment. He was very pleased with the speed of the work, the friendliness of all the staff and the attention to detail. Josh went above and beyond. Thank you for a great experience in a world where customer service is few and far between. Five stars.
What a great experience at a great price! Lorenzo provided great customer service associated with my appointment. Josh was the alignment technician and was really competent. Josh explained the needed alignment adjustments and then performed the work. The alignment bay could accommodate my Dynamax motorhome with new, modern, alignment equipment. Five stars guys! I had a great experience with Southern Tire Mart in Albuquerque, but it didn't start that way. The left rear trailer tire started losing pressure, as indicated on the TPMS, just west of The city. I got it shut down before it went flat and Good Sam Roadside contacted Southern Tire Mart for some help. Southern Tire in Albuquerque totally exceeded my highest expectations. Josh greeted me when I arrived and made me feel totally welcome. He focused on my concerns and positively explained how his team would fix my problem. I had scheduled an alignment, but I also had a slow nuisance leak.
