I and generally good with most businesses. I I understand they get busy. With an empty shop it took one guys 2 hours to do a patch on my work truck. One patch on one tire. They patched my brothers tire and kept his jack and lug wrench. I’m not gonna say they are a bad company but I definitely won’t use them again. They show zero motivation to get things done. I swear I watched their tech take 25 min just to put my tire back on my truck, after the patch was complete. It’s pretty crazy to sit there and watch it in person
These guys didn’t have the filter for my fj in store but had it delivered and installed in 20 mins. Treyvon the tech was easy to talk to and efficient . Even though it’s out of the way. Somethings like service are worth the drive.
Technician Daniel was amazing took 30 mins to show and 20 mins to do job he got me back on the road and headed home safely big ups to this guy 💯
These guys where great, took care of my tire right away. I would diffintly recommend this location if you ever in Alabama, Madison
Huge shout out to Mike and team for recommending the perfect tires, getting them mounted quickly allowing us to safely go about our day. Definitely recommend Southern Tire Mart.
