Great guys, super fast, always willing to help. Justin is always ready for the next tire problem
We had issues. It happens. But STM went FAR above and beyond to make it right. Integrity like that goes a long way. I’ll be using them again for sure. And in my line of work it’ll be often.
I called in this morning, needing new tires. The gentleman who answered the phone his name was also Justin, he was intelligent, very quick and got servicer workers out to my house within less than an hour. The team that came out to my house, went straight to work on my RV and got everything done in 45 minutes. They also cleaned up after themselves and left my RV in great shape. Five stars all the way around, good people here!
I brought my semi in to have a tire patched. They were very honest and told me that the screw in my tire did not penetrate and that I was good to go, free of charge. About of companies wouldn’t do that. Honesty is everything and I appreciate that they were honest
Got a flat repair. Frank was an excellent hard worker and was very quick and polite. And he's hot! Thank you will definitely return for another flat repair. 😊
