Wow! I do not often say that often or ever for a Service Center but Wow! I needed an alignment on my Motor Home and for those who have tried, it is not easy to get one or one done correctly in the Austin Area. They did a fantastic thorough job. The shop is clean and organized, friendly service, and they did a great job communicating. Nothing bad to say, price and everything was spot on. Low tire light came on while driving my daughters car, happen to be getting on 35 headed north and there was Southern Tire Mart, an answer to prayer. They were nice, courteous and was able to take the tire off, see the nail, patch it and get us on our way in about 30 minutes. They were great at updating us on what they found and how much it would be. Great staff, clean business, will definitely use again.
Came in for a tire change and alignment on a lowered 370Z with aftermarket control arms and suspension. The car would wander at highway speeds and I was struggling with finding a place that could get my alignment in check. These guys did an amazing job. My car is now driving straight without wandering and my alignment is back within spec. Worth every dollar. Had a noon appointment for an alignment as well as caster adjustment. I drove 30miles and they took me in right away when I arrived. The place was new and clean! But since I drove 30 miles, I wanted to do the caster adjustment, then do the alignment. They aligned it without doing the caster and checked me out (only charged me for the alignment).
