Low tire light came on while driving my daughters car, happen to be getting on 35 headed north and there was Southern Tire Mart, an answer to prayer. They were nice, courteous and was able to take the tire off, see the nail, patch it and get us on our way in about 30 minutes. They were great at updating us on what they found and how much it would be. Great staff, clean business, will definitely use again.
Had a noon appointment for an alignment as well as caster adjustment. I drove 30miles and they took me in right away when I arrived. The place was new and clean! But since I drove 30 miles, I wanted to do the caster adjustment, then do the alignment. They aligned it without doing the caster and checked me out (only charged me for the alignment). Very impressed with the customer service. Bryson and Pete went over and beyond to assure my Peterbilt steer tire was changed out and balanced in a timely manner. My truck drives better than ever! We will continue to do business with them! Thank you!
Bryson.H took care of me in the morning he was so fast coordinating with his team I arrive at 7:30 was out by 7:50 now that’s customer service and I made it time for work too .
Southern tire was very easy to do business with. Their pricing was right and I wasn't there very long, however it was spring break I was able to bring my 43 ft motorhome straight into the bay because they only do first come first serve and with six huge tires on my motorhome I was there for 2 1/2 hours. I have already recommended them on several Facebook groups. Thanks to the staff for taking care of me.
