I needed a mudflap, arrived 10 minutes before closing time. (I had called 20 minutes earlier on my way) I was greeted professionally, immediately waved into the repair spot, the mechanic/tech already had the mud flap and tools ready and waiting. The gentleman who handled the required paperwork, billing and payment process got all that done. Arrival to leaving fixed time was 15 minutes. Southern Tire Mart takes great care of my truck and tires issues!
Great quick service and a fair price! Had a screw in my tire and they patched it up in 35 minutes.
Came in for tire trailer tire repair. Greeted immediately and gt my info quickly. Jesse the tire tech did an excellent job going above just tire repair but to clean lugs an wheel chamber. Awesome service as usual. Thanks Southern Tire.
Called Southern Tire Mart after being referred to them by WTC Tractor. Francisco (Cisco) took my call and asked me to send photos of my flat tractor tire. Cisco sent me an estimate and scheduled a service appointment to my home within minutes. I was concerned that my tractor was outside with possible bad weather coming. The service technician showed up on time (did not get his name) and did a super job. My tractor was safely back under cover. Thank you, Cisco and Southern Tire.
Had trailer tire begin coming apart at my delivery to Rush truck center, was able to roll right next door and they got me in and fixed quick
