On 01/02, I was placed out of service (OOS) due to a flat tire, and this location was the closest shop available to get assistance. I first replaced the damaged tire. I then asked the front desk if they had an additional tire similar to the ones currently installed on my truck, so I could also replace another tire with low tread depth. Good evening, I work for a very great car hauling company & the owner is very generous & caring about his drivers & equipment in that order! I needed a set of drives & steers & went to Lagrange southern tire. The staff was unprofessional & they damaged my rims of my tractor. I told the supervisor & he just blew it off to “ we have a sign stating we’re not responsible for damage rims”. Very bad service. Today I wanted to buy 10 tires, but the person at the counter, perhaps because he saw that I'm Latino and I asked him to speak to my boss on my cell phone to find out what kind of tires I wanted, refused to take the phone with a bad attitude. The people who serve customers should be friendlier. The last time that I visited the store, the Manager show me all kind of tires they have in the wherehouse.
If your in a jam, then I would suggest them. But prepare for sticker shock. I work in Lagrange from time to time. Which is out of town for me. I have been using them every since they opened this location. Service is great. Employees are awsome. The price just kills me. But. Like I said. If your in a jam, and you have the money. I would use them.
I can spend up to 15 Grand in 4 months easy at mechanics. In Lagrange I have had to shop hop for 6 years. This shop has kept it straight forward with me and has been spot on. -Buyer and abuser of Trucks, Junk Sweepers of Newnan and serving the entirety of Atlanta Metropolitan.
