Routine service turned into major downtime. I brought my 2019 Freightliner Cascadia (DD15) in for routine service. The truck was running normally beforehand. Immediately after service, it would not start or properly prime and built excessive fuel system pressure, causing fuel to spill forcefully when the fuel cap was opened. The fuel filter housing was later found with double O-rings installed, which is not correct and contributed to the pressure issue. I would like to start with a huge shout out to the Alignment tech Andy for getting Burt taken care of and aligned perfectly! I’ve had a few alignments from other shops in the past, and my steering wheel would never go correctly back straight. So that is always a concern when dropping Burt off to be aligned. Had one of my drivers do a Tire change here bc he had a blowout Monday . Today is Saturday and the tire is already splitting. 6 days that’s all it lasted . Paid over $300 and that’s what we get .
Decent enough place to get a hopper washout. They start at $50 and if you have quite a bit left, it goes up from there. Just make sure they wash both sides of the walls, the guy completely missed the passenger side wall the first time
