I would like to start with a huge shout out to the Alignment tech Andy for getting Burt taken care of and aligned perfectly! I’ve had a few alignments from other shops in the past, and my steering wheel would never go correctly back straight. So that is always a concern when dropping Burt off to be aligned. Talk about customer service, these people coined the term. I was having the Death Wobble on my F350. I stopped at the Tire Mart and they knew all about the wobble. I purchased a Fox stabilizer shock prior to leaving Texas due to a short bout with the wobble. The manager was very understanding and told me to return after lunch. What I thought to be a quick replacement turned out to be a major undertaking. The Mechanic also was very familiar with the issue but they didn’t have the proper tools to remove the connector. While traveling to Atlanta Area on April 21st via I-75 our Motor Home blew a right rear outer duel tire possibly caused by inner rt rear duel tire looseing pressure. We were stuck on exit 2 off ramp just inside GA from 10:30p till 7:30a.m. We were lucky that Southeren Tire just happened to be at this exit. The staff was very accommodating and got things going right away for us. We were back on the road in hours after having all our tires replaced since they were 6yrs old. Thank you to Southern Tire Mart for great customer service! Today while traveling to Florida I noticed my tire pressure dropping! I called my husband who works at STMP in Byron. I told him I was close to STM and he called and told them I was coming. When I got there they immediately got me in and Brandon was awesome! He addressed the problem and fixed the problem!
