I would like to start with a huge shout out to the Alignment tech Andy for getting Burt taken care of and aligned perfectly! I’ve had a few alignments from other shops in the past, and my steering wheel would never go correctly back straight. So that is always a concern when dropping Burt off to be aligned. While traveling to Atlanta Area on April 21st via I-75 our Motor Home blew a right rear outer duel tire possibly caused by inner rt rear duel tire looseing pressure. We were stuck on exit 2 off ramp just inside GA from 10:30p till 7:30a.m. We were lucky that Southeren Tire just happened to be at this exit. The staff was very accommodating and got things going right away for us. We were back on the road in hours after having all our tires replaced since they were 6yrs old. I was on my way back to Wasilla, Alaska when I was pointed to pull over on I-75 North bound at a Lake Park exit. The person told me that my tire on my empty Tow Dolly was throwing off Rubber! I took the exit and saw a Flying J Truck stop and just beyond it was a Southern TIRE Mart! I drove in only to see the lights were off and found out that their was one person still there. I drive an older kenworth, rusted eveything. I stopped in for battery's, a simple enough job until it wasn't. 2 hours later I left with 4 new battery's and only got charged for one hour. Brandon was my guy!! He was great.
Tried to up charge me at first the finally came down to a reasonable price. Also stole my Porsche Valve Stem Caps which are over 100$ per set and are not sold separately. When I confronted them about this they where very rude and claimed to have not touched it even tho it just so happens the one wheel they touched doesn’t have it.
