Service manager (James) and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable of the repairs needed for our truck. They got us in and out fast and the price was fair.
Got a nail in tire coming up the interstate. They were very friendly and great service for us being out of staters. They were able to patch our tire. Definitely recommend them

My SUV had a slash in it last week on our way from St. Louis to Orlando.and luckily it made it to West Memphis. My wife and I frantically searched for a tire place (realizing that most places service large trucks) but we made it to Southern Tire and needless to say, Walter took care of us and got us back on the road. We have a stupid sized tire and he was able to send a co-worker into Memphis to pick one up and have the mechanic have an our SUV ready for the new tire when he returned. I was 600 miles into a 2000 miles trip. They got me and out really quick...everything was definitely full price and they charged for every little thing they could, but it could have been worse...they could have been closed...
