I don’t know what the other people are complaining about. This is my first time here. I can get my 80 footer car hauler in head first and have enough room to drive around the building. The staff is pretty cool. They were helpful and pretty much on it to repair my tire. It’s right off the freeway so that’s convenient. They also have roadside assistance.
3 calls and you can hear it. Was also threatened to put flat tire and bad rim back on and leave. 1st call. Asked about the job and was told to wait till mechanics looked at it. (never received any calls after looked at) 2nd call demanded payment for repairs not authorized 3rd call asking to take off new steer tire because it was not authorized and was threatened that old flat tire and old damaged rim would be put back on and they would tell us to leave. Stay away if you can!!! Terrible customer service, today I walked in the morning to inquire about prices for my fleet of commercial vehicles. Bad day for the company I couldn’t spend $$$$$ there but the untrained employee by the front door was a complete failure for the lack of better words for him I wish I could say here but anyway.
