I needed some air in all my tires and was driving past Southern tire Mart. I stopped inside and asked if they would fill up my tires with air. They were kind of busy or able to get me in real quick and had great customer service. I came back and got four tires for my van at a good price. The manager there, Michael helped me out and runs a good shop and got me out quickly.
Called them today after a tire blew on my 17,600 pound unit I was hauling. From the initial call to the time it was repaired and ready to ride was 1.15 hours. That’s the fastest I’ve ever had that done and I travel all over the US. They gentlemen they sent out was super professional and knew his stuff!! Thank you for awesome service!!!
I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Their customer service goes above and beyond. I highly recommend it.
We had a flat at the Walmart and called 10 minutes before closing. Bob (?) said come on and they fixed the tire, even though it was after closing. He did a good job of reviewing my tire situation, this is not the norm for most tire shops I have dealt with. Kudos!
My great grandfather go a nail in his tire and had to get it repaired. They were nice and professional, and had the tire fixed in decent time
