If you’re delivering or picking up a load the dock is in the back of the store. They have restrooms and unload pretty quick staff is friendly as well.
My daughter had a flat at the place. She works just outside of town. I was unavailable, so I told her to call Southern tire Mart and see if they could help her out in coming to her work and finding out what was wrong with the tire. Went and had new shoes put on my truck. It took about 30 minutes from showing up to driving out with new tires. Customer service was great and friendly. They had what I wanted and the techs changing out the tires were fast and did a great job. Pricing is reasonable too. No complaints here.
Friendly staff and employees and very good work..
I have to say the guys here at southern Tire bust there butt to help me all the time All of the people who I have got to work with have been great
