This place helped us in a time of need for sure. Lay runs a smooth operation and George at the front desk was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Not everyone even works in rvs but this shop serviced us without any issues. They even let us bring in our 2 dogs while we waited.We didn’t have an appointment but they got us in immediately and we were not upsold on anything and the tire was replaced quickly. In and out in about 45 min.
I was on the road from Mississippi with my motorhome and needed tires. Called and talked to George about replacing my 4 rear tires. I explained that I would be in the next day. When I rolled in they brought into a bay promptly. All staff were terrific to work with. Price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. Super nice facility. They get an A+ from me.
☆(AWESOME EXPERIENCE)☆ They are, "Very polite and, professional!" They are also, very helpful, and, very attentive. There are clean restrooms, vending machines for your convenience and, a large waiting area with plenty of seats. Also, they don't take all day like other places.
This is a clean and organized shop with tires from my 14” trailer size to the big rigs. They sell lots of tires but the way they treat people is likely the reason. They took the time on the big rig in front of me to solve a problem so it took extra time when I didn’t really have time to spare on my long road trip. Great service and friendly staff! Punctured a tire by shards of glass on the road during my route 66 drive. Called and they took me in right away without an appointment (they weren't busy, fortunately, but ymmv). Once in, they patched the tire in no time. Highly recommend them for all your tire needs, from passenger cars to commercial trucks.
