Was driving cross country and got sidewall damage on a tire. Not only did they have the tire I needed but they were open on a day they weren’t supposed to be. Steve got me in and got everything fixed quickly. Can’t thank them enough. Super nice and very fair pricing.
5 Stars I cannot thank Southern Tire Mart in Hope, Arkansas enough — especially Ashley! I had a flat tire on my Tesla while stranded on the side of the interstate without a spare. After calling multiple tow companies who refused to help because it was a Tesla, Ashley stepped in and went above and beyond. She gave me her personal cell number, had me drop a pin so she could find my exact location, and quickly sent team members out to assist.
