5 Stars I cannot thank Southern Tire Mart in Hope, Arkansas enough — especially Ashley! I had a flat tire on my Tesla while stranded on the side of the interstate without a spare. After calling multiple tow companies who refused to help because it was a Tesla, Ashley stepped in and went above and beyond. She gave me her personal cell number, had me drop a pin so she could find my exact location, and quickly sent team members out to assist. I needed a job done quickly and had my own new tires. This crew did the work in a few minutes and I was on my way. The price was good as well.
Wouldn’t even give this place a one star called 8/8/2025 about 3pm and talked with guy about mounting 4 parelli tires I had he told me to be there at 8 am on 8/9/2025 and I show up at 7:30 to be told he had more important appointments to take care of and they couldn’t get it done. Why did you even tell me to be somewhere at a time to just turn me away when I showed up 30 minouts early bad business choose somewhere else and don’t believe what they say they lie
Listennnnn... I was moving from Tennessee to Texas on the expressway had a blow out. Scared me and my daughter almost to death. I watch enough TV so I kinda knew what was happening and how to hold the wheel hard and steady to get to the side. I immediately googled some places. Southern tire shop.
