A few weeks ago I had taken my 2000 Porsche Boxster up here to get a rear alignment. My tires were perfectly fine before we took my car up there but this is how they look now after only driving the car back and forth to work (15 miles round trip) for 6 days after getting the alignment done. Warning other seniors in the area about a sales woman at Southern Tire Mart in Batesville. Called Southern Tire Mart on Friday, August 15 and spoke with saleswoman. I believe her name was Sky. I asked her about a brand of tire for my vehicle and she said she has the exact same tire available for my vehicle however, she only had three of them in stock and can order the fourth. Take ur vehicle and drop it off. They do excellent work which makes them super busy. I waited over 3 hours for a tire rotation and balance. 90% of the wait was to get it in the bay. Didn't take them long to do the work. I still prefer to use them, service is always amazing
Very kind people. We are from out of state. We hit a hole on a country road and had some plastic underneath the car come loose near our tire. They zip tied the plastic out of the way, checked the tires and did not charge us anything. Highly recommend these people if you are in the area.
Terrible service. Had an emergency flat. Still did NOT fix the tire. Took 2 1/5 hours to get the tire fixed. paid $22 for the tire fix, go back to work and when I get off work 2 hours later, the tire was flat again when I get off work! It is obvious that whoever did the work doesn’t know how to fix a flat! Will never use southern tire again!
