I was greeted as soon as I entered the door....I was immediately asked what they could do to help me.... service was prompt and the price for services rendered was fair....the gentleman named Shane at the Batesville location that helped me was definitely an asset to their company and I give him 5 stars...Thank you
I will never use them again. I brought a mower tire in and showed them what was wrong. I came back after 2 hours, and they hadn't even touched it. They explained 30 more minutes. Well, i guess i had stupid written all over my face. They claimed it was a valve stem instead of needing a tube. So they either took advantage of me being a woman, or they are lazy and didn't want to fix it. Either way...if you're a woman using them, be firm on what you need. Meh. Charged $200 to install tires I'd already bought and do an alignment. I suspected I had bad bearings/rotors/pads as it had a pull, pulse and noise on the front right. I mentioned to the desk hoping they'd relay upon install to inspect before alignment. When the truck was supposedly finished, it still had the same pulling, drift and pulsing as before. Bad service. Never come here if you want good and quick service. We came at 9:40 am so they could fix 2 FLAT TIRES, it just needed air, but they finished at 5:00pm and horrible attitude towards customers when asking why it wasn’t done.
Great place for all your tire/auto needs. Our go to place. Best in Arkansas! We stopped in for an oil change and Tyler took great care of us...5 star customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
