I recently brought in my wife's vehicle for a service and (4) Firestone Destination LE3 tires and could not be happier. Shane at the front counter was great and Scott in the shop exceeded expectations. I asked them to check my brakes and was happy to hear that she didn't need them, they explained to me that her rear brakes had 80% remaining and the front were at 50%. I appreciate the honesty and attention to detail. Thank you STM crew, great job. 10/10
A few weeks ago I had taken my 2000 Porsche Boxster up here to get a rear alignment. My tires were perfectly fine before we took my car up there but this is how they look now after only driving the car back and forth to work (15 miles round trip) for 6 days after getting the alignment done. It was expensive and when I had gotten a flat tire I noticed how bald the tires were. We took the flat tire back to Southern Tire and the guy who did my alignment did not apologize at all. If I could give zero stars I would. Routinely will lie about services rendered. Expensive. Slow. Incompetent. Even if they actually perform the work for you, I sincerely doubt the workmanship. The trinity of horrible customer service... You would honestly be better off driving on a donut than taking your car to them for service. No accountability!
I really hate to write this review on this location in particular because it's my home territory and I waited to get to this exact location to get my truck in. I was on a job in Oklahoma and stopped in to get my tires rotated and balanced. Shortly after this I took a load up to Ohio on the last day of our 5 days move I felt a shaking in my front passenger side tire. Take ur vehicle and drop it off. They do excellent work which makes them super busy. I waited over 3 hours for a tire rotation and balance. 90% of the wait was to get it in the bay. Didn't take them long to do the work. I still prefer to use them, service is always amazing
