Take ur vehicle and drop it off. They do excellent work which makes them super busy. I waited over 3 hours for a tire rotation and balance. 90% of the wait was to get it in the bay. Didn't take them long to do the work. I still prefer to use them, service is always amazing
Terrible service. Had an emergency flat. Still did NOT fix the tire. Took 2 1/5 hours to get the tire fixed. paid $22 for the tire fix, go back to work and when I get off work 2 hours later, the tire was flat again when I get off work! It is obvious that whoever did the work doesn’t know how to fix a flat! Will never use southern tire again!
Visited the Southern Tire Mart in Batesville, Ark today. Purchased a set of four tires for my pickup. The staff from the front Counter to the shop were professional and courteous. Kaycee at the front counter was helpful and knowledgable. The young man Jamie in the shop informed me that the center caps had worked loose and one was cracked. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door....I was immediately asked what they could do to help me.... service was prompt and the price for services rendered was fair....the gentleman named Shane at the Batesville location that helped me was definitely an asset to their company and I give him 5 stars...Thank you
I will never use them again. I brought a mower tire in and showed them what was wrong. I came back after 2 hours, and they hadn't even touched it. They explained 30 more minutes. Well, i guess i had stupid written all over my face. They claimed it was a valve stem instead of needing a tube. So they either took advantage of me being a woman, or they are lazy and didn't want to fix it. Either way...if you're a woman using them, be firm on what you need.
