I’m an older woman, much older-5ft 2in and I’ve been blonde most of my life-these are important facts. 6 years ago my daughter and I purchased a 2012 F350 Diesel that included a lift kit, 35 in Toyo MTs, a 12K wench and extra lights..a tough truck! Every store I’ve been to has been extremely fast and great quality. The office staff are extremely friendly.
Called to ask if they do transmission fluid exchange, the woman even placed me on hold to ask about it and then told me that they did. Next day I got there and they told me they don't. Workers fault. They have to be more careful not to waste customers valuable time.
