I’m an older woman, much older-5ft 2in and I’ve been blonde most of my life-these are important facts. 6 years ago my daughter and I purchased a 2012 F350 Diesel that included a lift kit, 35 in Toyo MTs, a 12K wench and extra lights..a tough truck! But again, I’m blonde. Called to ask if they do transmission fluid exchange, the woman even placed me on hold to ask about it and then told me that they did. Next day I got there and they told me they don't. Workers fault. They have to be more careful not to waste customers valuable time.
I’d recommend this place to anyone if I could give more stars I would me and my fiancé came to get new tires they were pretty fast not only that everyone had great customer service but there was this one that stuck out to me and my fiancée by the name of KD amazing customer service very friendly and respectful we will definitely be coming again
I've lived here for about 15 years, and didn't know Southern Tire Mart existed. I wish I did before now because their service is exceptional, and they do a wide variety of vehicles big and small. Prices were good, and the turnaround was quick! Will be back again!
