Needed an emergency tire repair after tire started leaking on I-80. These guys had me in and out in
Girlfriend was having her car worked on here and everybody that was working treated her like she was a woman that didn't know what she was talking about, and wouldnt take the time to explain it and didn't have the respect to even give her a call about the status of her car all while giving her the run around when she would call and when she went into actually ask what was going on with her car they treated her like she was out of place. Tires are a once maybe twice a year thing depending on how many vehicles you have so the interactions are not often. For years every time I leave this place I have an overwhelming desire to share with the world how incredible this team is and how great they took care of me and I am sure you. Thank you Jeremy and Earl with an extra special thanks to you Randy for taking such great care of me. This is the only place I will ever buy tires!
West Valley location. The staff there was amazing. My company recently have decided to use Southern Tire Mart as one of the vendors for our fleet. I had a leveling kit and all new tires put on. Randy was one of the guys I remember that helped me pick out a great set of tires. I drove and as promised aggressive yet quiet A/T tires. Unfortunately they were just a little too wide and rubbed when going through big dips. I told them the issue and was asked to bring it in and they would put on a different size.
