When I owned and operated 20 semis, your chosen tire vendor treated you with appreciation and respect due to your buying power... with that said, now I own 2 and what a relief it has been that my chosen tire provider treats me just as well. Girlfriend was having her car worked on here and everybody that was working treated her like she was a woman that didn't know what she was talking about, and wouldnt take the time to explain it and didn't have the respect to even give her a call about the status of her car all while giving her the run around when she would call and when she went into actually ask what was going on with her car they treated her like she was out of place. West Valley location. The staff there was amazing. My company recently have decided to use Southern Tire Mart as one of the vendors for our fleet. I had a leveling kit and all new tires put on. Randy was one of the guys I remember that helped me pick out a great set of tires. I drove and as promised aggressive yet quiet A/T tires. Unfortunately they were just a little too wide and rubbed when going through big dips. I told them the issue and was asked to bring it in and they would put on a different size.
