Had a great seamless experience with Southern Tire, I brought in some used tires to get mounted they spotted a nail in one of them and patched it quickly and little additional cost! All the people I interacted with (mechanic, front desk) were very professional and friendly. the waiting space was clean, had phone chargers, coffee, and vending machines it was quite pleasant. I will definitely be back!
I had southern tire put 6 new tires on my Dodge dually. Then wanted them to do a front end alignment. I was told I needed all new ball joints, which I had replaced luss than 4k miles ago. 1600 dollars I was quoted. I took it to 2 other mechanics both said the ball joints were like new. Don't trust them, they tried to rip me off.
Those guys are amazing! I came out of the blue for a tire repair, they fixed it in 30 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. The next day, I came back for another tire and again, amazing service. A+. Thank you so much, you saved my trip!
Phenomenal experience, enthusiastic to help, great service, helping me at 10 PM, on the side of the road, great price, No one else could do it and these guys made it look like it was as easy as 123 !
I have been coming to this southern tire mart location for almost a year. I have used multiple tire companies over the years and this one has been the best experience by far. Chad has been the main guy I’ve been dealing with and he has always gone above and beyond to take care of me and my trucks. Recommend 100% ask for chad
