Amazing service! Got me in this morning, I asked for the cheapest highway tires and they had only top-tier and they gave me a discount on them Just because that’s all they had in stock. Very excited to hear that and would definitely come here again! Highly recommend! Adam was awesome!
So impressed with this shop. I had bought new tires and was referred this place for an alignment who also was the cheapest I could find as well. Took my car in for my appointment and after they checked my vehicle Brandon (mechanic) told me my car was already perfectly aligned and there was no need for me to pay for an alignment. I had southern tire put 6 new tires on my Dodge dually. Then wanted them to do a front end alignment. I was told I needed all new ball joints, which I had replaced luss than 4k miles ago. 1600 dollars I was quoted. I took it to 2 other mechanics both said the ball joints were like new. Don't trust them, they tried to rip me off.
Had a great seamless experience with Southern Tire, I brought in some used tires to get mounted they spotted a nail in one of them and patched it quickly and little additional cost! All the people I interacted with (mechanic, front desk) were very professional and friendly. the waiting space was clean, had phone chargers, coffee, and vending machines it was quite pleasant. I will definitely be back!
We have dealt to do an alignment on the truck, send my drivers there from 46 miles, as soon as my drivers will arrive there, they are simply saying they will not be able to do until next week
