Had to deal with 3 of their roadside techs today on 2 separate occasions (don't ask its been a long day). They were prompt and easy to deal with. My truck was possessed by a demon so both roadside assistance calls were a real cluster. But the techs were steadfast and excersied the demons from my truck to get me back on the road.. twice lol. Thanks Eli, Rowdy and Sean.
I woke up to a flat steer Tire, I was parked right in front of Boss shop , they quoted me full roadside service fee! plus the price of a new tire! they said that because of the weight of the vehicle and the rim pushing down in that tire it would 100% need to be replaced with new steer tire... I then contacted " Southern Tire Mart" the technician arrived in 20 minutes and immediately remove the tire patched it from the inside aired it back up there was no permanent damage!!! thank God that I contacted "Southern tire mart""... read more
Amazing service! Got me in this morning, I asked for the cheapest highway tires and they had only top-tier and they gave me a discount on them Just because that’s all they had in stock. Very excited to hear that and would definitely come here again! Highly recommend! Adam was awesome!
Every time I come here for repairs on my Semi truck they are quick, efficient, and professional. They offer a range from tires to major repairs, I am very happy with the service and pricing.
Had a great seamless experience with Southern Tire, I brought in some used tires to get mounted they spotted a nail in one of them and patched it quickly and little additional cost! All the people I interacted with (mechanic, front desk) were very professional and friendly. the waiting space was clean, had phone chargers, coffee, and vending machines it was quite pleasant. I will definitely be back!
