If you are looking for a tire shop or need an alignment, this is the place to go. These guys are straight forward and no BS with a great price. They were able to handle my 3500 crew cab with no issues. Great customer service. Highly recommend, thank you guys.
I cannot day enough about this place. Fabian and his team treated us like royalty. So much respect and kindness all while being incredibly informative and helpful. We needed 4 new trailer tires for our 16k lb 5th wheel trailer. I did some research online and ended up deciding to get the SAILUN S637 but it was not a brand Southern Tire Mart carried. One of my tires was obviously very low. I called them, went right over, and they immediately checked all my tires. I've never been there before but I'll be returning. Very, very nice staff. Keith checked all my tires, thank you, Keith, for great customer service!
Good customer service, nice and clean restroom, and took me in right away to replaced my blown out drive tire, only reason they get 3 stars ⭐️ is that the technician didn’t remove the tire debris near brake drum..A better job could’ve being done.
Not recommended if they get more than one person at a time I suppose! I asked to get one tire plugged for now because need new tread anyway and 1-1/2 hours later get charged 50 bucks for 2 patches, absolutely no communication they just charge after they say they did something you didn’t ask for so be aware and will not be getting my new tires from this shop!!!!
