Worst service ever! Came in with starter issue first thing in the morning, promised to get it and replace it same day. 24 hours later we had to tow our truck out of their shop because everything they told us was just a lie. Also Scott (who introduced Himself as Scott Scott) should be fired because as a company representative He is terrible! No communication, got mad when we asked Him for updates, after request to transfer Me to the shop manager He just hang up on Me.

there was such a case today. made a shower reservation from the phone. I got the code and the number of the boar. I try to enter. I dialed the code five times, on the sixth the reserve was disconnected from the phone. I went to the checkout and they tell me to buy again, you’re late. It would not be a shame if there was a queue. no one was there and many cabins were just dirty.
I do not recommend this place at all, a bunch of amateur's with some rude service writers and greeters. Every time my driver asked for an update they had an attitude, One of our guys had their trailer breaks lock up because of an air leak. We called them for road service at 10 am and they showed up at noon. They said they were going to release the brakes for us so that we can drive the truck to their facility which was 2 miles away and the mechanic said he would follow us. They do pretty good job specially my boy gaby!!!! Anyone who have any problem go to this guy he gonna take care of you …..I like to give him 100 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and really appreciate to the guy with long beard and glasses. Sorry I didn’t get the name he put me right away in the service station. I have really good experience thank you guys. I am very happy in new jersy we have a great mechanics
