there was such a case today. made a shower reservation from the phone. I got the code and the number of the boar. I try to enter. I dialed the code five times, on the sixth the reserve was disconnected from the phone. I went to the checkout and they tell me to buy again, you’re late. It would not be a shame if there was a queue. no one was there and many cabins were just dirty.
I do not recommend this place at all, a bunch of amateur's with some rude service writers and greeters. Every time my driver asked for an update they had an attitude, One of our guys had their trailer breaks lock up because of an air leak. We called them for road service at 10 am and they showed up at noon. They said they were going to release the brakes for us so that we can drive the truck to their facility which was 2 miles away and the mechanic said he would follow us. Anyone who have any problem go to this guy he gonna take care of you …..I like to give him 100 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and really appreciate to the guy with long beard and glasses. If your time worth nothing to you you can go to this place worst customer service ever specially the African-American lady is really rude. Checked it in at 10 AM and they let me go at 6 PM. They take longer time then usual so they can charge you more money. Very unprofessional, rude and lazy customer service. If you ask something twice they be like you’re asking too many questions, mom that’s why you’re at the customer service desk.
