I cannot say enough positive words for this Pilot location! Very clean shop and had my old truck back on the road ASAP! Troy runs things very well there and was extremely informative on what was wrong with my truck! You can't go wrong when you come here! Highly recommend
Blew the fix a flat in my car a few days ago on the way to Dallas, after a kind couple gave me a lift around the corner, Terance had my tire patched up and me on the road within an hour. Absolutely amazing customer service and the definition of excellent customer service.
Awesome people, and good clean shop! No standing around B.S. ing while drivers are wondering if they can still make the load on time. Very knowledgeable and honest. This will be my east Texas go to from now on. Thanks again!
Yonathan and Rob provided me with great customer service and did fixed my 2 flats fast and correctly. These guys hustle. Huge garage and they also do PMs. Bring your truck here. Love's across the way is much smaller and less parking.
Showed up to an empty lot. Went into the office, 1 new tech that had no experience with the process of getting my information put into the computer, would not let me even pull my truck in the bay until paper work was input and I had approval from my office!! I told them I would be paying with a card. Needed it done. It literally took an hour just to get the paperwork done. The young men in the office were not to blame! This company should have someone here to direct and teach them for at least 30 days. This is pure ignorance... read more
