I a 45 year veteran driver. Seen a lot of changes in my time. But I have to say, it does my heart good to come across a shop these days that is run as well as this shop. I don't normally do reviews, but I would feel bad if I didn't say something about this place. It has got to be the cleanest shop I think I have ever seen. Troy the manager was beyond accommodating! Though they did not have what we needed the made sure we got what we needed before we left. Our safety was most important!
I cannot say enough positive words for this Pilot location! Very clean shop and had my old truck back on the road ASAP! Troy runs things very well there and was extremely informative on what was wrong with my truck! You can't go wrong when you come here! Highly recommend
Blew the fix a flat in my car a few days ago on the way to Dallas, after a kind couple gave me a lift around the corner, Terance had my tire patched up and me on the road within an hour. Absolutely amazing customer service and the definition of excellent customer service.
Very clean, very fast . Had a trailer tire blow out on the highway, limped in and got serviced right away. Took under 30 minutes to get back on the road ! 3/31/26 10:30am-11am
