We had an issue with a damaged steering rim and stopped by Southern Tire Mart for help. Their team provided fast and efficient service, quickly replacing the rim and getting us back on the road. Unlike other shops—such as Loves—that refused to inspect or install our good-condition spare tire, Southern Tire Mart checked it carefully and agreed to use it without any problem. Apparently administrative work takes precedence over work that’s actually in front of them. Poor customer communication skills and lack of concern for there clientele. I’ve attempted to use @southerntiremart on a couple of other occasions and was left feeling disappointed. I am not a one to express my option openly but this has been the straw. I hope they can find a way to better manage these locations or better train their staff.
I been there there couple days ago. No wait, immediately pulled in . Forgot to rate them . Each time I remembered I didn’t rate them I was blaming myself. THEY DESERVE 5 star 100% . Super honest, respectful people!
Hello everyone, I want to warn you about Southern Tire Mart located at: STM at Pilot Lake Township, OH 26415 Warns Road I-280 Exit 1B Perrysburg, OH 43551. On January 3, 2025, I visited their store because my tire was flat. After inspecting it, they informed me that the tire was too damaged to repair and couldn’t be re-inflated. They offered me two options: a recap tire or a brand-new tire. I decided to go with the recap tire as it was a more cost-effective option.
