Came in to deal with Charlie from past experience. He was off. but dealt with Ryan and was great gave me a good deal and he an Austin got me out of there very quick. Thanks guys
These guys up here are amazing . The entire crew. They work very well together as a unit and communicate to the customer kindly respectfully and in a timely manner. Dayton was the first tech I came into contact with and he supported my decision making on repairs as we went along Cody was the second and did an.absolute amazing job telling me how he was going to handle the situation and find the solution to get me and the truck back out on the road as quickly as they could. Great place to get your Annual inspection done! Staff & techs are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and well run. Ryan handled all the paperwork with skill.
I'm very impressed with the communication and responsiveness from the shop management team. They were quick to provide feedback and worked efficiently to find solutions. The service was fast and everything went smoothly from start to finish. A big thank you to Cody, the service technician, for being so friendly and professional with our service coordinator (on 7/29). And an even bigger thanks to Manager Matt for going above and beyond to resolve all the issues and inconveniences. Great service all around!
Outstanding work James service advisor and Cody the tech were great got to some hard leaks went above and beyond with diagnosing the problem instead of just swapping parts they saved me a ton of money back on the road. Thank you Fellas till next time
