I had a very disappointing experience with this auto repair shop. I was charged a significant amount of money, yet my truck’s original problem was never properly addressed. From the beginning, I clearly explained the symptoms, but they completely ignored what I was saying and insisted they knew better. Got parked and noticed that I had a coolant leak, found out that it was coming from my oil cooler and I have a 60 series. They sent out Cody and he called while.on his way and said he'd try his best to get me back running, after finding the gasket kit I needed he went and picked it up about an hour or so round trip and came back and immediately went to work. These guys up here are amazing . The entire crew. They work very well together as a unit and communicate to the customer kindly respectfully and in a timely manner. Dayton was the first tech I came into contact with and he supported my decision making on repairs as we went along Cody was the second and did an.absolute amazing job telling me how he was going to handle the situation and find the solution to get me and the truck back out on the road as quickly as they could. Great place to get your Annual inspection done! Staff & techs are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and well run. Ryan handled all the paperwork with skill.
Came in to deal with Charlie from past experience. He was off. but dealt with Ryan and was great gave me a good deal and he an Austin got me out of there very quick. Thanks guys
