Great place to get your Annual inspection done! Staff & techs are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and well run. Ryan handled all the paperwork with skill.
These guys up here are amazing . The entire crew. They work very well together as a unit and communicate to the customer kindly respectfully and in a timely manner. Dayton was the first tech I came into contact with and he supported my decision making on repairs as we went along Cody was the second and did an.absolute amazing job telling me how he was going to handle the situation and find the solution to get me and the truck back out on the road as quickly as they could. I'm very impressed with the communication and responsiveness from the shop management team. They were quick to provide feedback and worked efficiently to find solutions. The service was fast and everything went smoothly from start to finish. A big thank you to Cody, the service technician, for being so friendly and professional with our service coordinator (on 7/29). And an even bigger thanks to Manager Matt for going above and beyond to resolve all the issues and inconveniences. Great service all around!
Went to loves to get a PM and was told they couldn't get to me today so I came over here and got right in. Lucky me my alternator decided to take a crap right when I was leaving loves so STM got to replace that for me as well. Charles is a fantastic service writer / tech if he is working the desk you are in good hands. Thanks guys!
They were quick to answer and even quicker to respond to the location. I had a trailer tire flat. My fleet gave me 90 minute eta. The tech said 30 minutes and he made it there in 15 minutes. From start to finish the whole thing took maybe 45 50 minutes. Dayton was the tech that came on scene. He was professional. Polite and he knew what he’s doing. Took care of the tire in literally 20 minutes. Overall great experience and Dayton is a good representative of the company. Keep rocking.
