I had a very disappointing experience with this auto repair shop. I was charged a significant amount of money, yet my truck’s original problem was never properly addressed. Great place to get your Annual inspection done! Staff & techs are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and well run. Ryan handled all the paperwork with skill.
Got parked and noticed that I had a coolant leak, found out that it was coming from my oil cooler and I have a 60 series. They sent out Cody and he called while.on his way and said he'd try his best to get me back running, after finding the gasket kit I needed he went and picked it up about an hour or so round trip and came back and immediately went to work. I will say that I've come here multiple times. $20 to put tires on rims is very good. They probably do fine with truck tires but with car tires just go somewhere else. My last trip here they said they couldn't balance my tires, this trip they are having trouble with it again. Also they scraped my brand new black rim so it has a big gouge around the edge which pisses me off. I literally took it out of the box to get tires on and it already looks like crap, thanks guys.
