Hands down one of the best repair shops I’ve dealt with. The crew is knowledgeable, honest, and actually cares about getting you back on the road the right way—not just a quick patch. Devin is exemplary in customer service. We felt care and understanding when explaining the issues with our truck. Fred has extensive knowledge and provided excellent workmanship. If you’re looking for a reliable shop that treats drivers with respect, this is the place. Highly recommend!
I pulled in there late in the evening, right as they were closing with a blown air chamber (brake pot) on my tractor… They said that they were closed now but they can get to it first thing in the morning. Right at 7 AM in the morning they pulled my truck in and within an hour they had it fixed! Their customer service was incredible. I can’t say enough about that. I highly recommend the shop not just for tires but for working on brake components and airline stuff.
Shop got me in first thing in the morning, Devin helped with my invoice and was super nice. Anytime I need repairs I always try to get to this particular shop over the road because they always do great work and usually I never have to wait to get in. Thanks again
I stopped for fuel and I noticed banner offering alignment I asked the technician if I can get alignment done he did seem to happy he replied I am working on a truck going to be a little while I said it’s ok finishing pumping went back to shop to give him my info he says machine is done can’t get it to work yeah like I buy that I only let this so owners or managers can know why their shop is slow and maybe that’s why their was only 1 truck and 2 technicians chatting
Accidentally put kerosene instead of diesel fuel in our tank at the station across the street. Stopped here (had children and grandchildren with) and right away they helped us out. Emptied our tank and got us safely back on the road. Of course this was a Friday night and lots of traffic/people. They took such good care of us and after all was said and done did not charge us a dime!! I have to admit a few miles down the road I shed a tear or two at their kindness.
