Car had not one but 2 popped tires and these guy took great care of me. It was lucky to have this happen at the exit otherwise I wouldn't have even known this kind of service. Couldn't recommend them more. Cars/Trucks/Semis 5 stars
Accidentally put kerosene instead of diesel fuel in our tank at the station across the street. Stopped here (had children and grandchildren with) and right away they helped us out. Emptied our tank and got us safely back on the road. Of course this was a Friday night and lots of traffic/people. They took such good care of us and after all was said and done did not charge us a dime!! I have to admit a few miles down the road I shed a tear or two at their kindness. This was by far the most disappointing experience I've had with a repair shop. My truck wouldn’t start, so I requested a road call. A technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and confirmed that the starter needed replacement. Unfortunately, Southern Tire Mart does not allow third-party vendors to perform repairs on-site. As a result, they replaced the starter themselves and charged $998.60 for the part, plus an additional three hours of labor. I would absolutely give more stars if I possibly could. Had an airline break on interstate about 10 minutes south of this tire shop. Had the absolute world's greatest customer service?Young man, come out and service the truck his name is Isaiah. He knows his work.He is the most mannerable young man ever. Could not thank Southern Tire Mart enough.
They are amazing Devin helped me try to find a tire because they didn’t have my size, Waylon came out and put air in my tire and then they came back out and went and got a tire I bought from another shop and put it on for me! They were very inexpensive and helped me out so much! I’m very grateful for them!
