Very professional help since my first phone interaction with the sakes person , the check in process, the mechanics very knowledgeable, acurate timing and , price is considerably low and fair compared to other tire companies . I strongly recommend this tire shop 100% . English & Spanish speaking language for your convenience. Gomez ,front desk customer service representative help me and others trough all the work process.
If you want to be treated like you’re nothing but a waste of time to them then I suggest you use them. Now at 2:15 PM I pull in right to the entrance of the bay which they have trucks in the bay being worked on. Hello! We had an amazing experience here. Would always recommend, went above and beyond to help us out. Our tire blew on our livestock trailer full of mustangs. Justin was wonderful and very fun to talk to also let me watch and learn about mounting tires. An awesome opportunity for me. Thank you!
This place a complete joke. They could not find anything wrong, i left and parked at another truckstop and climbed down to look and found 2 bad tires, a bad shock and 1 hub alot warmer than other 3. Im not a mechanic but could find what was wrong but they could not. Find a better place to go if possible
Thank God for Southern Tire Mart. Removed screw and patched. Alex was our hero and patched up our tire @5pm on a Sunday - 4th of July weekend, too. Really saved our weekend and got us back on the road to Chicago. Definitely recommend you stop here, great work and quality customer service. Thank you, Alex, you are the man.
