This morning, I was at Southern Tire at Pilot. I was attended to by Ana, who seemed like the store manager since she was super attentive. She explained everything I needed to know about my truck, including Caio, the mechanic who did the oil change, changed my tires, and did a quick inspection noting small issues. They just acquired a loyal customer. This was my third time getting either tires/alignment or repairs here and Cameron, Tyler and Hannah have always provided excellent (professional) customer service. They try to get you in and out. They explain what the issue is a.d how they fixed it. I also can't complain about the prices. Will definitely be back.
Very professional help since my first phone interaction with the sakes person , the check in process, the mechanics very knowledgeable, acurate timing and , price is considerably low and fair compared to other tire companies . I strongly recommend this tire shop 100% . English & Spanish speaking language for your convenience. Gomez ,front desk customer service representative help me and others trough all the work process.
We were traveling to the Half Century of Progress show, (8/22/2025), in Rantoul and I blew out two tires on my trailer. I called STM and Anna Reed set me up to get in next in line, she was very professional and once we were there both Anna and her Manager helped with the right tire for more my trailer and even offered to go get ones at their tire supplier. It was despite to find someone to fix my tire,it was a Sunday. I came here to see if they could fix it and take my spare off and replace the tire. I didn't realize you worked on semi's. But Ray let me pull it in the bay and fixed the tire and replaced the spare. I asked him how much and he said he wasn't going to charge me. There are very kind people left in this world like Ray. I will forever be thankful 💯💯💯
