All I can say. Is amazing service awesome? Awesome awesome? 1 person that stood out particular was Ray, He and. His manager went Above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. Ray was so patient and kind. I would give ten stars if I could
Ray and Kenny went above and beyond when I was at a loss with a “flat tire.” They provided much knowledge, and were kind during the entire experience. These two provided a safe and trustworthy environment to someone who has no car knowledge. They had my car (almost- it’s old) brand new in no time. I cannot thank these two enough. Would recommend to anyone driving through Bloomington!
So my truck threw a code around noon today. After calling International, I found out I got a watery dose of fuel and needed filters. I called Southern and she told me to come on in. As I pulled into the driveway of the Pilot, she called and told me to pull in front of Bay 1. Everyone on duty was respectful and nice and got me fixed up and out quickly. I'm impressed and won't hesitate going back to this location!
For a truck service shop, this place saved our trip to KC. Ran over a nail after leaving Chicago and after a few gas station stops to put air in the tire, I found this place open on a Sunday. The young man who was working that day- Ray(?) was over the top helpful in removing the nail and plugging it up. Unfortunately, I still had a tiny air hole on the sidewall, which I had to eventually change the tire in Springfield. But the hospitality the my daughter and I received during our stop was 💯! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had stopped here on my way to Chicago and they solved my tire related problem in no time. Highly recommend.
