Very professional help since my first phone interaction with the sakes person , the check in process, the mechanics very knowledgeable, acurate timing and , price is considerably low and fair compared to other tire companies . I strongly recommend this tire shop 100% . English & Spanish speaking language for your convenience. Gomez ,front desk customer service representative help me and others trough all the work process.
Had a leaking brake chamber replaced, while I waited I watched Lizzy handle many customers with professionalism, efficiency and with their best interests at the forefront. My service tech got me back on the road and also looked out for the customer. Terrific service and people skills.
Had a wonderful experience, changed my tire & mud flap quickly, less than a 10 minute wait, was told it would be 5 hours close by, so we came here & was in & out in abt 45 min. So grateful
After being stranded in Bloomington at 4am, I started at Walmart and was basically turned away because I didn't have an appointment. I needed the valve replaced on my front driver tire. I called TA but they wouldn't work on my little 2016 civic (no worries I called a truck stop knowing it would be a shot in the dark). They suggested Southern Tire, I called and Ray was more than happy to help me with my issue.
