Great people. I had a flat tire happen around midnight Christmas day. They didn't open till 7 am the next morning. Called them at 7, and Mr. John came right out. They don't normally work on light trucks, but they came. He got the hole plugged up, and told me Merry Christmas. 2 miles down the road the tire went flat again. I was really impressed with the quality and speed of service at Southern Tire Mart at Pilot. I used to go to Speedco, where oil changes always took much longer. Here, they got everything done in exactly 60 minutes, just like they promised. The team of four worked quickly, professionally, and efficiently. Great service, highly recommend! A+
