I was really impressed with the quality and speed of service at Southern Tire Mart at Pilot. I used to go to Speedco, where oil changes always took much longer. Here, they got everything done in exactly 60 minutes, just like they promised. The team of four worked quickly, professionally, and efficiently. Great service, highly recommend! A+

Wendy, Amy, Robert P. and Robert B. were absolutely professional and knowledgeable. They had my step deck in and the airline and abs repaired quickly. I needed new batteries and they were out of stock. They made a special trip to make sure I was taken care of and back on the road quickly. Great service and communication.

This place was a blessing to me and my family! We were traveling back home to Indiana from Christmas vacation when our truck got a flat, they tried to fix our tire and determined fixing would be unsafe. Then they put our spare on and got us back on the road headed home. They were very kind and professional.
