This is unbelievable, after waiting for more than 3 hours, they call you and tell you that they're not going to check your truck because they want to leave soon but it's 5 pm. they are open until 10 pm. Fellow drivers Be careful if you come in the afternoon for repairs.
I bought tires from Walmart and after being told they wouldn't put them on I came to Southern Tire Mart at Pilot and they were so friendly and amazing! They put my tires on in a good amount of time. I will be doing more business with them from now on!!!
10/10 experience. I had called two other shops today and both couldn’t get me in until after 12. So, I called Southern Tire Mart not even knowing if they took regular vehicles. They answered the phone quickly and let me know that luckily they had a spot open. Staff was friendly and professional. The service was done quickly as well. Thank yall!
Came in needing a trailer tire changed. This crew is friendly, professional and proficient! They went above and beyond to fix my rig and made sure I had a place to park when they were finished with my repairs. I HIGHLY recommend this STM at the Pilot in MontEagle, TN!! Thank you 😊
The gentleman that runs the place is awesome. Hooked me up with a tire repair and was on it the minute that we got there then finished and didn’t charge me. Not many people in this world that would do that anymore. Highly recommend going there and I will send all the business that I can to him. Thank you so much
