Zero stars would be appropriate if it was an option. Check in for some issues on truck and trailer that need attention. Was told it would be about 35 minutes. 2 hours later a tech calls wants to know where I'm parked. He comes out to assess. 2 more hours I check in with the office, "should be just a few more minutes, we have more techs coming in". An hour goes by and I check with office again. I had a blow out several truck stops wanted unreal prices. They not only helped but we're ready for my when I arrived. Jason was helpful and professional not to mention on it at once. This is the best pilot/ southern tire I have ever been
Huge thank you to the gentlemen at Southern Tire Mart! While traveling up Monteagle mountain, our tire started rapidly loosing pressure When I called the shop & explained our situation the manager was very kind & told us to come to the shop & they would see how they could help Even though they were extremely busy they immediately began diagnosing the issue. In an expeditious and professional manner, they patched our tire Thank you, again, for the help & tremendous service 😊
Slow tire repair!!!! If you have hours to sit, then they are your company. They was 30mins off there on eta then the repair guy smoked before he even started. He did all his paperwork before he even touched my tire. So if slooooooooow is ok with you give them a call.
Great service. I got here with a flat tire in the trailer and got it patch in less than an hour .
