Came in needing a trailer tire changed. This crew is friendly, professional and proficient! They went above and beyond to fix my rig and made sure I had a place to park when they were finished with my repairs. I HIGHLY recommend this STM at the Pilot in MontEagle, TN!! Thank you 😊
The gentleman that runs the place is awesome. Hooked me up with a tire repair and was on it the minute that we got there then finished and didn’t charge me. Not many people in this world that would do that anymore. Highly recommend going there and I will send all the business that I can to him. Thank you so much
Zero stars would be appropriate if it was an option. Check in for some issues on truck and trailer that need attention. Was told it would be about 35 minutes. 2 hours later a tech calls wants to know where I'm parked. He comes out to assess. 2 more hours I check in with the office, "should be just a few more minutes, we have more techs coming in". An hour goes by and I check with office again. You're next they tell me. Drop trailer and pull up to the door. But, I have issues on both truck and trailer to be addressed. ... read more
I had a blow out several truck stops wanted unreal prices. They not only helped but we're ready for my when I arrived. Jason was helpful and professional not to mention on it at once. This is the best pilot/ southern tire I have ever been
Huge thank you to the gentlemen at Southern Tire Mart! While traveling up Monteagle mountain, our tire started rapidly loosing pressure When I called the shop & explained our situation the manager was very kind & told us to come to the shop & they would see how they could help Even though they were extremely busy they immediately began diagnosing the issue.
