Just want to say thank you again to Nicky and Thomas for the great service! They were the only two people working on shift and they did a really good job servicing everyone as fast and as best they could. When they finally got to my blown drive tire, they completed the replacement in 15-20 minutes. I really appreciated it, especially being the only two there.
I called 2 hours before they closed. I needed a valve stem replaced. Gurl told me they wouldn't be about to get to me. They were full. I drove by the shop. Not a single truck in a bay. Just another typical big shop that doesn't want to do anything.
Blew a tire, got me right in. A job that at the most , should have been 30 minutes. Well took2 hours to change, one tire and a mud flap.. they had 2 girls working on it. Now I don't have anything against them doing the job , if they can actually do it.. 2 hours for a tire change is crazy... the girl could handle the weight of the tire... getting it off the truck or putting it back on... let's not even talk about her getting it on and off the rim... Southern tire Mart tire shop are lifesavers…. They not only do tires they go to extra mile to make sure your truck is safe To get back on the road …. Thank you so much to Trinity and Tommy… i pulled in around 6:30 in the evening they assessed my Issues and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes.Tommy, Really really great guy appreciate all this efforts. Once I park my trailer I realized I had a blowout Southern Tire Mart worked me into their busy schedule. Waited about 2 hours to get called into the bay but once inside they completed the work quickly. Thanks Trinity and the boys for keeping America rolling.
