I was driving my car doing DoorDash and I picked up a screw in my tire. I didn’t know where to go and I seen southern tire Mart at pilot and I pulled in and they took me in immediately and only charged me $25. Austin was the one who helped me. Austin said that he would check to see if he had some extra plugs in his toolbox and he did. Austin was a lifesaver. Austin did a great job on my tire and did it in record time. I went in a couple nights ago and needed my oil pressure sensor replaced. 1 tech was in the shop and another was on a road call. Stephen was the tech in the shop that night but his shift was ending at 10pm. I went in around 9:30pm.tech Stephen and the lady at the front desk were very helpful and Stephen stayed past his shift to get me back on the road. The staff was very polite and quick to get my truck in the shop to get my service done. The young lady Aurora in the office was very polite and welcoming almost making you feel like family. The technician Stephen and Dustinthat worked on my truck did an outstanding job even checked over the whole truck to make sure there was no other issues that I needed to have addressed. Just want to say thank you again to Nicky and Thomas for the great service! They were the only two people working on shift and they did a really good job servicing everyone as fast and as best they could. When they finally got to my blown drive tire, they completed the replacement in 15-20 minutes. I really appreciated it, especially being the only two there.
Had an emergency trying to get home, I had the tire and they were very helpful and very nice! Definitely recommend for anyone needing an emergency done for a tire! Steven was the guy that helped me and he was the best!
