These people are the worst. The guy took 2 hours to do an oil change. Was mad when I asked why the hell is he taking so long to change one filter. I was here for a total of 6 hours waiting for an oil change and a trailer inspection. They had nobody else waiting. Total incompetence.
Just want to say thank you again to Nicky and Thomas for the great service! They were the only two people working on shift and they did a really good job servicing everyone as fast and as best they could. When they finally got to my blown drive tire, they completed the replacement in 15-20 minutes. I really appreciated it, especially being the only two there.
This is one of the worst STM's in the country. Manager (Chris) is running a junior high school. Needed 3 new drive tires, checked in at 8Am, 12 get pulled into shop. Paying full price by CC. Out at 4pm. Was trying to figure out my discount, secretary behind the desk was as helpful as a roll of toilet paper. 1 tech working (Nicky) on my truck doing alignment and changing 3 drives. This shop has zero respect for truckers. I was stuck there as an OTR driver and simply needed a cab shock bolt cut — literally a one-minute job with the right tool. Instead of helping out a fellow working man in a tough spot, they insisted on charging a full hour of labor. I understand policies and procedures, but sometimes it’s about basic human decency and understanding the situation. They showed no willingness to help unless it was profitable. Rip off they are -5Star level Leveling valve $77 at the dealer she charge $602 mecanic have no experience, when I released parking brake air leaking he said it's leveling valve change. now one air bag, no air took another 2hrs to figure he mess with air lines spend 4 hrs air still leaking now he can't fix charge me $786.20 for stupid valve i could change in 1/2 hrs seems like they have no manager to look over
