The staff was very polite and quick to get my truck in the shop to get my service done. The young lady Aurora in the office was very polite and welcoming almost making you feel like family. The technician Stephen and Dustinthat worked on my truck did an outstanding job even checked over the whole truck to make sure there was no other issues that I needed to have addressed. horrible service lady on check in desk this saturday morning. i called for check in 10miles away from shop she yelled at me on the phone. after coming in and talking to her about payment with EFS she started yelling again adviced her to calm down and i'm listening to her she can explain in a nice way. but she refused to get me service and said "get out of my shop" we argued and i did not want to get in a fight. so anyone coming her be adviced to be careful. when she deals with you.
These people are the worst. The guy took 2 hours to do an oil change. Was mad when I asked why the hell is he taking so long to change one filter. I was here for a total of 6 hours waiting for an oil change and a trailer inspection. They had nobody else waiting. Total incompetence.
Just want to say thank you again to Nicky and Thomas for the great service! They were the only two people working on shift and they did a really good job servicing everyone as fast and as best they could. When they finally got to my blown drive tire, they completed the replacement in 15-20 minutes. I really appreciated it, especially being the only two there.
This shop has zero respect for truckers. I was stuck there as an OTR driver and simply needed a cab shock bolt cut — literally a one-minute job with the right tool. Instead of helping out a fellow working man in a tough spot, they insisted on charging a full hour of labor.
