The service I asked for was quick and I couldn't get a lube job because I have a car hauler and their not really set up for it. I have no complaints
Shady! Came in for a steer balance. Was quoted $80 bucks, good deal! Steers were to worn to be balanced so they charged $162 for a check and advise. I wasn’t informed of this possibility beforehand. I’m with a 400 truck company that does a lot of business with Southern Tire Mart so I doubt this will be paid in full. But OO’s beware, they are going to take every penny they can from you. Just a heads up….

Tire work only. They do not know what they are doing. It took 5 people and a YouTube to figure out how to adjust my windshield wipers on a '16 630Volvo truck. I got here at 11:58 am it is currently 3:46pm. Then during the process he said I should have gotten rainex to prevent droplets on my windshield
I don't like to write bad comments, but I need to warn other people so that they don't have a problem like us. We wanted to change the oil on the Volvo truck. The man who worked said that he did not know how to turn off the filters, so he struggled from 7pm until 10:30pm. To finally tell us that he could not remove the old filters and that he would only pour new oil.
