Absolutely a great experience. Had an Oversize Load that luckily fit into their bay as there was no where safe to drop trailer onsite. Brake Chamber on tractor was leaking and they replaced it. I can't say enough about the manager and the staff. They were all extremely helpful, experienced and fun to deal with. Side note, I'm the dumb guy that left his wallet behind and the manager was quick to call me and meet me 2 miles up the road (as he knew I was on a permitted route) and hand deliver it to me. We had an issue with one of our trucks due to a failed air dryer while we were at STM at Pilot in Texarkana, AR. From the moment we arrived, the team was professional and helpful. Dakota took great care of us, quickly diagnosed the problem, and made sure the repair was done properly and in a timely manner. Took them 3 hours to change one steer tire lady at front desk had an attitude maybe caught her on a bad day not sure James took smoke breaks and talked the entire time maybe that’s what took 3 hours
