Absolutely a great experience. Had an Oversize Load that luckily fit into their bay as there was no where safe to drop trailer onsite. Brake Chamber on tractor was leaking and they replaced it. I can't say enough about the manager and the staff. They were all extremely helpful, experienced and fun to deal with. Side note, I'm the dumb guy that left his wallet behind and the manager was quick to call me and meet me 2 miles up the road (as he knew I was on a permitted route) and hand deliver it to me. Exceptional customer service, Very clean well kept waiting area and bathroom, fast service after I pull my truck in to the shop I was out within 20-30 out. Preston is Very knowledgeable and friendly. It was my first time at southern tire mart it was great experience!!!
Speedy, accurate, and affordable tire service! The new tech Derrek did a great job and got me up and running. The odd tires that I needed were in stock.
Linda the lady behind the desk is a sweetheart. Really down to earth. Mr. James and Preston worked really hard on my truck. The service and hospitality here is a A+ grade. Checked in at 9 pm with a blowout, messed up bracket, mud flap, and driver side air bag was leaking air. I got pulled into the bay around 9:30 pm. They had everything fixed by 11:15 pm. Thank you guys for everything.
Very professional employees do a great job but will mark up parts 100 percent paid over 500 dollars for a airbag and was 750 dollars to change 1 airbag.
