Are you kidding? These guys are amazing! I pulled in. I told him what the problem was five minutes later got figured out and they’re fixing it right now.. if I gotta have a breakdown this place to go to get it fixed
⸻ My driver had an issue with the starter and needed a jump start. The Southern Tire Mart team spent over two hours on-site trying everything possible to get the truck running. The problem turned out to be more complicated than usual, but the technician never gave up—he went under the engine several times and stayed until every option was tried. I truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and dedication. Great customer service and strong work ethic.

Said they'd be out in 2.5 hours. Which would have been 7 am. Then. They call at exactly 7am. To give some childish excuse as to why they're not professionals who do their jobs correctly. Then they said they'd be here at 9. Then they said they'd be here at 1030. They never showed up. Keep the excuses to yourselves & be professional. If it weren't for truck drivers. There would be no Southern Tire Mart. Need to keep that in mind. And. Need to be a lot better. This is completely Unacceptable.
