Said they'd be out in 2.5 hours. Which would have been 7 am. Then. They call at exactly 7am. To give some childish excuse as to why they're not professionals who do their jobs correctly. Then they said they'd be here at 9. Then they said they'd be here at 1030. They never showed up. Keep the excuses to yourselves & be professional. If it weren't for truck drivers. There would be no Southern Tire Mart. Need to keep that in mind. And. Need to be a lot better. This is completely Unacceptable.
Came to the tire shop with my truck to replace a wheel. Went up to the counter, but the woman working there was clearly in a bad mood and refused to provide service without any explanation. I was calm and respectful, didn’t say anything rude. She simply refused to take me in. Very disappointing, especially when you expect decent treatment. I won’t be coming back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Didn’t get his name because his uniform was so dirty you couldn’t read it did a two tire Change out on outside tire so he didn’t have to take the rims off the truck or trailer over two hours to do that got an attitude when I asked if I can sign the paperwork and get out of there cause I was on a time crunch Got out and took pictures of the tires and the truck three or four times and then sat in his truck and what I feel like purposely delayed me even more once I started showing an attitude towards him been driving a truck fo... read more
called before I arrived for a rim to be charged. I was told 30 wait than an hour went by I was told the will not be able to do it tonight because one mechanic was on the call out and the other one was getting off in 40 minutes. than we said we would wait for the mechanic that was out. after 2.5 hours of wait, they got us in. this is a steer wheel. they take everything apart and tells us that they will not be able to balance the tier because the machine is down. why would you even start the job? this is unbelievable. the gi... read more
I had the best experience with this repair shop they are very friendly and flexible there manager is one of the best people super nice and friendly shout out to james and the whole crew they literally fixed a whole piece for free which cost allot in the other shops bring ur truck here will not regret it there super professional ,nice ,friendly
