Are you kidding? These guys are amazing! I pulled in. I told him what the problem was five minutes later got figured out and they’re fixing it right now.. if I gotta have a breakdown this place to go to get it fixed
⸻ My driver had an issue with the starter and needed a jump start. The Southern Tire Mart team spent over two hours on-site trying everything possible to get the truck running. The problem turned out to be more complicated than usual, but the technician never gave up—he went under the engine several times and stayed until every option was tried. I truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and dedication. Great customer service and strong work ethic.

Got here at 6am right when they opened. No office personnel were avaliable till 6:48am. Once I was checked in at 7:15am Once the pink and blue haired ladies had time to help me get checked in the mechanic got straight to work.
They give you an appointment, but you have to wait 3 hours more It’s silly He said your appointment is 11:30 but now is 14:00 But here I like the guys and their job. Super respectful
