Very disappointing experience. I checked in around 8:21 AM for a simple PM/oil change on my semi-truck. I already had my own oil and filters, so I was only waiting for the labor. When I checked in, I was told the maximum wait would be about 3–4 hours and that they would bring my truck into the shop and get the PM done. I relied on that information and waited. Told me they would get me right in, waited 2+ hours, finally saw Ridge Equipment next door, they got me right in and changed out 2 tires quickly and as promised. Had Southern stated a 2.5 hr wait, I would have gone elsewhere, but also would have given southern another chance. Be honest and upfront, you cost me 2.5 hours I can not get back. Will not return. Go to Ridge first! Super kind, professional, and honest.
Very, very, very excellent service, super quick, found a problem within 30 minutes. Recommend To all truck drivers.
They got us in faster than expected and got our new tire on in great time. And the guy behind the desk was friendly and we had a very pleasant and fun conversation while we waited. They even let us bring our little dogs in, so we didn't have to leave them in the truck alone with the scary noises in the shop.
Are you kidding? These guys are amazing! I pulled in. I told him what the problem was five minutes later got figured out and they’re fixing it right now.. if I gotta have a breakdown this place to go to get it fixed
