called before I arrived for a rim to be charged. I was told 30 wait than an hour went by I was told the will not be able to do it tonight because one mechanic was on the call out and the other one was getting off in 40 minutes. than we said we would wait for the mechanic that was out. after 2.5 hours of wait, they got us in. this is a steer wheel. they take everything apart and tells us that they will not be able to balance the tier because the machine is down. why would you even start the job? this is unbelievable. the gi... read more
I was down for 18 mins before he showed up and the tech came out ready to get work done in a positive professional tone, very impressed with the level of service and how quick he got me rolling.

Waiting from 6 to 9 am to open and none. Call and hang up. Walk at 1 pm to see what's up. And someone inside ran to the front door to lock out. Seem no open for business
